Joint-It Opiniones

We purchased the grey joint-it product for an outdoor project with cobble stones a while back and not only is this a very high quality product it was also one of the most user friendly products we have used in years, the finish on the joints was top class.
Also I love the fact that this is an Irish local business and with that came excellent costumer service from a team of experts. We ran a little short of product to finish the job and Garrett from joint-it was so kind and helpful to sort us out, even delivered it to our door step.
I would highly recommend this product and I will be definitely be doing business with Joint-it in the near future.

Can’t recommend them highly enough! First up the product is fantastic, it genuinely does what it says on the tub!!! So easy to use, watch the YouTube video as a great guide, and it looks fantastic when it’s down.
Add to this the customer service I received was as good as you can get, they actually care and treat you as a human!!!
Superb, use this, it’s brilliant gear.
I would post pics if I could to show how good it is and how good it looks!
Thank you

Joint-It stands out for its exceptional customer support. When I faced challenges with our paving project, I reached out to Joint-It for guidance. The level of support and detailed advice I received was outstanding. Their team, especially Gary, demonstrated a remarkable commitment to assisting me, offering insights and advice without any pressure to make a purchase. Their expertise in this field was evident, and their eagerness to share it made my experience incredibly positive. I am thoroughly impressed with their service and would wholeheartedly recommend Joint-It to anyone.

I use joint it simple all the time great product easy to use iv started to use it on porcelain lately much easier and cleaner than grout

Wanted to let others know what a great product the bond-it patio grouting is. Very easy to use, professional finish and no weeds or crumbling bits 3 years on! I liked it so much i recommended it to my elderly uncle (82yrs old) who wanted to replace the poor mortar joints on his patio. He had a technical query so i contacted the company by email and facebook message to ask their advice. In under 2hrs I had a responses on email and FB messenger asking for my phone number so a technical advisor could call me and explain a few things. Blown away, imagine that, a helpful phone call instead of another text! It was the technical director who called me within the hour. He had first hand knowledge of the product as hed used it on hundreds of landscaping products. He was incredibly friendly and gave very clear advice on how to correct the installation error. He had a couple of anecdotes that made me laugh out loud too. Made my day.
Great company, great product! Would not use anything else!
Well done you lot! You are one in a million.😊😊😊

I was the first user in the United States. We have a patio constructed of 2 ft x 2 ft porcelain slabs that are ~ 1/2 in. thick. The original builder used polysand to grout the joints, but, owing to the thinness of the slabs, the polysand did not hold and we sought an alternative grouting method.
My search led me to Joint-It and their new Porcelain Epoxy Grout, which comes in a dual extrusion tube with mixing nozzle. After extensive email and phone interactions with the kind folks at Joint-It, we ordered the product, along with the cordless electronic applicator gun, protective wax and assorted small joint finishing tools.
After a test run to familiarize ourselves with the operation of the applicator we proceeded to thoroughly clean the old polysand from the joints. The edges of the slabs were cleaned as well and a coating of the protective wax applied within 15 min of epoxy application (as per instructions). The actual application was very, very easy and the finishing tools provided smoothed the epoxy evenly in the joints. Finally, after the epoxy had cured, the provided scraper easily removed the excess epoxy grout to leave a sharp, professional edge.
I cannot say how pleased I am with this new product. It is so easy to apply and the finish is quite attractive. It will withstand power washing and is UV resistant, mold/mildew-resistant and colorfast. I can attest that the product sets rock-hard.
In short, this product works exactly as advertised and I feel we now have a durable joint compound that will allow us years of low-maintenance enjoyment of our patio.
I have only positive tings to say about the folks at Joint-It. They were with us every step of the way constantly available for questions and advice to insure we were successful.
Normally I might be skeptical of a "first" use of a new product, but in this case it performed better than I expected. I also had 2 professional stone masons on site, assisting with the application and they both agreed that the ease of use and the final finish and "look" were of very high caliber.

It's a win in my book.

I had reason to contact this company recently after using their joint-it grouting product to finish off a patio which I had laid for my son. Unable to complete the whole job in one go I stored some unused grouting product in the tub provided but unfortunately had not read the storage instruction and did it totally wrong causing the product to harden. I contacted the company and was exceptionally impressed by their prompt response and kind understanding and actions to help me complete my project. I have also got to add that this product is absolutely fantastic and easy to use with a very professional finish won’t use anything else in future and have also learned to read instructions properly many thanks

I used Joint It paving grout (beige) for my new Indian Sandstone patio.
It was recommended by my builder, it was so easy to use as you sweep it between the slabs and it hardens really well, I would highly recommend it and use to again

i recently removed geofix from my existing patio as it basically turned to muck!
i opted for joint it as my new laid patio my builder used this product and have been impressed so i got 2 tubs of dark grey.
my wife and I re done our patio i would say 2 people would be the preferred method. it was an absolute doddle and bought a wee pointing tool off Amazon to make a nice finish.

2 days layer the joint it product is turning really hard and I have every confidence it will last well

I recently contacted Joint it with a query about algae growth and general cleaning. I was contacted within just a couple of hours and the information given was so helpful and detailed. Gary is extremely knowledgable and generous with this knowledge. I received a follow up email which detailed the information I was given and the products I required. I look forward to putting his advice and the products, once purchased to the test. I was amazed that the actual owner of the company would take the time for something quite trivial. First rate service I will say!

The query that I had was met with such a friendly ,helpful and professional way .
Very impressed and grateful .

Heartwarming is the word that comes
to mind !
Thankyou ,
Farrell McKeon .

When I contacted Joint-it for advice on repairing as small section of my patio jointing I was blown away with the professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness of all the staff I spoke with. They were able to quickly and efficiently resolve my issue and offer me support that proved invaluable. The product itself is great as well and I cannot fault it. I will definitely be back should the need arise! A special thanks to Sharon and Gary as well.

I have being looking for Joint it Fine Sand (Grey) for months.
I have rang and emailed numerous companies but no joy.
I then emailed Joint it directly and a quick response arrived from Garret.
He gave me advise on how to lay the Sand from start to finish.
I was also advised of where to locate the Sand, but then the best part. Garnett collected the Sand and personally delivered it to my house.
I cannot recommend Joint It company (Garrett) highly enough for the highest level of Customer Service I have ever received.
Thanks isn't enought.
Tom

Called up to ask a technical question about Joint-it and the possibility that it may have caused staining to my patio slabs when the Joint-It was installed by the builder. I spoke to Gary who was more than helpful in explaining his thoughts, how Joint-it wouldnt be to blame but proceeded to arrange a video call with me to see for himself the issues on my patio and brickwork. He explained in detail the science behind the issues and we have established its not the joint-it compound at play, he didn't end the call there. He went on to give thorough independent advice as to how I can try and tackle my issues of effervescence and 2nd of marks left on the slabbing areas. I tried one method on the call and this was working visually, the 2nd he proceeded to find me the product i needed and had personally used and explained my next steps.

Overall he took on an issue that is not his solely because he has the knowledge, experience and knows the chemical science behind it in order for me to firstly correct my issue. But insists I inform my builder of the garden what could have been done to prevent this, which may help future customers.

He also wishes progress updates on how I get on with the cleanup of the material reactions that have occurred once I do a proper 2 step clean down that he advised.

What a top guy!

This is a First Class company for customer service. I had many queries about laying porcelain slabs and grouting for a new patio, which led me to telephone Joint-It. The assistance and advice I was given was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble and their willingness to help was more than refreshing. They went above and beyond what anyone would expect from a company and with no push to sell. I found them to be very knowledgeable and more than happy to pass on their expertise to ensure I knew how to go about this. I would not hesitate to recommend Joint-It.

The product is great does what it's meant too.
