This is a great product - simple , straightforward and so easy to use. Gareth was very easy to deal with and he answered all my (many) questions promptly. My patio is lovely again thanks to joint-it

The product is excellent and the aftersals support from Gary and the team was very quick

Great product, been down for years and works really, also excellent service for any queries you may have from the JointIT team.

Highly recomend this product and the customer service is top class.👍👍

A friend recommended this great product to me as she used it on her patio she had put down a few years ago and had perfect results.
I have put it down and my patio now looks as it was done by professionals not a amateur like me.
So thank you Joint it terrific Irish product.

Contacted Joint it for some advice after using product. Service and advice excellent. Couldn't fault product and aftercare. Will 100% recommend.

Joint-it Simple is a great product and easy to use. The YouTube video gives a good demonstration of its application and tips for a perfect finish.

When we needed a bit of extra help and advice, Gary quickly sorted us out. It was a pleasure to deal with someone who took the time to help us with such professionalism and friendliness, - so often lacking in the modern world.

After using Join-It Simple on my new patio, I had some questions on cleaning and removing any marks and residue. The Technical team answered these quickly and conveniently (via WhatsApp and a few phonecalls) and gave helpful advice for the problem as well as tips to keep the patio looking good as new.

Would recommend this product and the customer support team.

After 6 years Joint-It simple still looks the same on my patio, I contacted the company today regarding sealing my patio, I have to say what is a pleasure this company is to deal with😊

Well done Joint-It!!

I’ve been in the paving trade for over 14 years and through the years I have tried and tested so many different jointing products for our paving jobs. I kept getting complaints about products and having to go back to fix jobs. A few years ago I tried out Joint It paving compound and have never had 1 complaint about it. It’s the best product by a long shot. I use it on all my jobs now and wont use anything else

I've been using Joint-it Simple for 5 years now, definitely the best brush in Jointing material on the market, love using it and the technical support is unbelievable!

I have used Joint-It Simple on a few jobs of mine over the years, having just completed my own garden design and finishing off the job with the jointing of my paving, I would like to say normally I don't write reviews, however I am so pleased with the finish and application of Joint-It Simple, I have to leave this review for anybody considering which product to use.

It is so easy to use and comes with full very simple instructions, I used it before on my neighbours house and the neighbours joints look as good today as they day I jointed them 4 years ago.
My recent results with Joint-It Simple in my own back garden again are outstanding and my wife and myself are very very pleased.

Well done Joint-It, thank you for a wonderful product!

Just had paving put down and we used Joint-It. Very disappointed already coming loose and pavers moving.

Excellent product, would highly recommend! Very impressed with the level of support from Joint-It. If i ever need any more jointing compound, i will look no further!

Just used Joint-it a week ago and it does seem to be a very good product. It had hardened in the joints within a couple of days and hasn't shrunk at all. It was easy to sweep into the joints and Gary was only to keen to provide answers to my questions by phone, whatsapp & email. Joint-it was also very good value. I estimated there was 30% more product compared with the main competitors. Excellent service and product.

We used Joint -it on Sandstone paving and it worked a treat- from colour match to ease of use I would highly recommend it . I had a query for the technical dept and the service was outstanding . Total shock in this day and age to get such a fast response and follow up . Excellent from start to finish .

Absolutely fantastic company and product - we recently brought Joint-It on board as a supplier and they are one of the best suppliers I have dealt with. The product is second to none and the service is outstanding. Thoroughly recommended

Joint-it is an absolutely fantastic product. I've just paved 100m2 and removed all the original mortar to replace with this, due to the base being used for dog kennels. The jet wash didn't even dent it, whereas it had easily washed out the sand and cement mix used prior. I've recommended it to anyone who'll listen, and the person who helped me (who had never heard of Joint-it) was that impressed he'll be using it from now on.
The customer service is top notch, and the extra recommendations they've given Me for cleaning etc is invaluable.
Highly recommend this product!
