Joint-It Opiniones

Went to Joint it in Milltown, Galway. Gary Duffy helped us out and gave a great service. We got a tour of the warehouse and he was clear in his instruction on how to use the product. Would highly recommend.

I had a query re the Joint It grout and cleaning of our porcelain patio. The advice I received was first class and even spoke with the Company Founder directly! First class service! well done.

Fantastic Product & Company
We had our back patio laid last year and the company doing it recommended this product joint it simple for in between the joints of the paving slabs. I must say we are absolutely delighted with it, it looks fantastic and looks as good as when they put it down!!! I contacted the company to ask about using it on our front patio this year and they could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend this product and company. You won’t be disappointed!!!

I would like to share my experience of aftercare for this, excellent, product.

I wanted some advice regarding the application of Joint-it. From the lady that first fielded my call, to Gary (in sales), who rang me back (even when I was supposed to call him) - their customer service was first class. Gary is very knowledgable about the product and was able to give some helpful advice. It was very apparent that my call, was just as important as some of his larger clients. Well done - wish other companies would follow suit!

Joint-It Simple was the grouting compound recommended by the supplier of the paving stones when we had our patio replaced recently. The results have been most impressive. There is an abundance of written and on-line advice for customers and when I had cause to ask a direct technical question, I could not have received a more helpful and rapid response from the Company.

I bought the materials for a new sandstone patio area and the landscape gardener who installed it for me hadn't used Joint-It Simple before. With 20+ years of paving experience he was very impressed with the ease of use, quality of finish and how much time it saved. I think you've got a convert! From a layman's perspective it looks really neat and complements the sandstone beautifully. An excellent product.

Also the customer service was second to none. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that patently cares as much about its customers (even the small ones) as it does its profits. Gary was very friendly, obviously knowledgeable and freely gave some very helpful advice for ongoing maintenance - not only on the phone but in a detailed follow-up email.
All in all a very good experience.
I highly recommend the product and the company.

As an absolute beginner with any sort of patio work, I have to say the Joint-It Simple outdoor grout really is precisely that: extremely SIMPLE to use! It's so user friendly that all I had to do was watch the tutorial video and then fire away. Even in the middle of winter it has set solidly and dried out overnight and looks stunning today on what used to be a much-neglected outdoor area at my home.

Just laid black limestone slabs on a new patio area. Purchased the grey Joint-It and did the grouting myself as a novice. The back up technical advice from Gary is excellent and the product is so easy to use. Highly recommend this company and product

Used the Joint-It simple for pointing a new patio. The product is brilliant, so easy to use and looks great. The customer service and technical advice I got from Gary was first class. Cannot recommend the product or company enough. Top quality. Brilliant service

I first started using joint-it simple a couple of years ago and I haven't looked back. My customers love the finish and the colour choice they get. It's simple to use and lasts unlike some other company's. If your thinking about trying it I Highley reccomend it. Great value for money as well. Your find these tubs are bigger than other company's so goes further aswell. Bonus after you have used the joint-it your left with the buckets which are very strong. I use mine for water/mortar or storing tools in.

I must admit I did not lay the Joint-It myself, I stood and watched a landscape gardener do it for me, it looked, also backed up by chat, very easy to put in the patio grout, just soak the patio with water, brush the product in keeping it wet all the time, remove the excess and away you go, once dry it is hard to the touch but allows water to pass through it to drain away, the perfect stuff.

I have had personal experience with their customer service though, regarding sealing the stones and worry over whether the sealer would prevent the grout from staying permeable, they phoned me back within 24 hours and backed that up with email, you cannot get a better service, you can tell that the people involved with this Company are very passionate about their products.

Fantastic product, brilliant Customer Service

Absolute 5 star customer service!!! Couldn’t rate it more highly. Would definitely recommend! Xx

At a time when professionalism seems in short supply I take pleasure in thanking Joint-It and in particular Gary for a very faith restoring experience. I recently bought some of the companies products which, for someone who wouldn’t be the sharpest pencil in the case, were very easy to use and on seeking some further advice via email had received a reply followed by a phone call and follow up email, all within one day. I was dealt with by someone who cared, was patient, knowledgeable and exuded professionalism. A total breath of fresh air for which I am very grateful. Sincere thanks and may I take this opportunity to wish all at Joint-It every success in the future. Joe.

After getting different advice from various people, I was put in touch with Garrett Hickey who was absolutely brilliant. He talked through various options and recommended a product that did EXACTLY what I wanted. So pleased with the result. Will def recommend Joint It. Thanks Garrett for getting being so helpful!!!

Customer service is second to none and have nothing but praise about how helpful they were with a small problem. Highly recommended & great product.

As a total novice at laying paving I took advice from my local supplier, who fully endorsed the Joint it product. At home I watched the online videos explaining how to use Joint it and I then followed the easy instructions. I have to say this product does what you want, ‘fills the joint’ and is so easy to use and I would fully recommend it for anyone considering laying a patio. I had a technical question re the Joint it product and I used their online email link and received a response within an hour, ‘at the weekend’ Such a great Service. Great Product and Great Service.
