I do not rate them at all. I purchased a watch as a Christmas present and the face of the watch just fell out onto my partners lap while eating dinner. I’ve paid £20 to return the watch on top of what I paid for it to get fixed, and have been advised they’ve received. It’s now been nearly 2 weeks since they received it and have been told it’s been fixed but I am still waiting for this to be returned! I was advised to pay Royal Mail to deliver the watch to them and I have no clue who should be sending this back!
Will never purchase from here again! Very disappointed. I would avoid.

They rip ur money off if u want to return an item ,first they ask you to pay for the return label then they take the money off from the original amount ..AVOID!!!!

I received my order within 5 days. The watch wasn’t working as it may needed a new battery. To be honest it didn’t suit my wrist so I messaged them for a return. It was easy to return the item. I received my refund within 10 days.

Really poor. Bought as a Christmas present, watch arrived faulty, the clasp doesn’t work properly and has now stopped ticking. Told I need to pay £12 to send it back and they will ‘check it for free’ what?!?! Avoid.

Scam … took money for a watch then said out of stock and refund to follow. Guess what ? No refund and blocked from accessing website and no phone answer … well dodgy ! Don’t order is my advice
