sent me a bad quality watch. the certification, the box and watch did not match to the previously same watch purchased. i checked the watch and compared to the one i already own. phone number does not work, access to website denied, emails not answered. scam? they stated because i took the plastic off the watch it can not be returned. if i did not take the plastic off how would i be able to ascertain the watch was different to the one previously purchased and the logo was not the same? they then blocked me on whatsapp also. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. also as per the other 10% negative reviews they will most likely write a comment under this to reply. believe them at your own risk. update: i now got a message on whatsapp to delete this message with threats of violence and that they will open legal proceedings against me. needless to say i have reported to the police and look forward to seeing them in court.
update 2: watch arrived on 21st may that is not 3 weeks. concluded it was not the same as the exact same watch previously purchased after comparing to the original one purchased from armani. threatening customers is apparently great customer service nowadays. it is impossible for me to wear the watch as i did not adjust it and it would fall off due to the band needing adjustment. however, they no longer accepted returns despite notifying them within 14 days. dont be duped - if they are selling an armani watch for £99 how can they make a profit unless from china? you’ve been warned. steer clear. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Id been struggling to find this particular watch for some time so when i saw it i checked trust pilot and bought it. The price was great, the communication was great (although my email went to spam folder) and the shipping was fast and well packaged. I woukd definitely buy again in the future.

Purchased a Tissot watch from Jonathan's watches, was £130 cheaper then any other retailer. Watch came a few days later and my enquiry was dealt with quickly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a watch. Price point is excellent as previously mentioned. Happy customer. Thankyou Darren

I bought an Emporio Armani watch to use on holiday that looks good but would not be the end of the world if it was stolen or damaged and this watch suited my needs. Delivery was fast and the watch was well packaged. I needed 2 links taken out and because it has a ceramic strap my local jewellers would not do it. I took it to a watch repairs place and it cost £10 to take the links out. Overall very happy.

Just tried my new Armani watch on. The quality is brilliant and presented well in its branded box. There was a slight delay with the delivery but this wasn’t Jonathan’s fault and he was very helpful when I asked for an update. I recommend this supplier and also Armani watches.
