Next day delivery as promised
I ordered a watch yesterday the 5th for a birthday present on Sunday 7th , I sent a note with the special instruction option explaining I had paid next day delivery , being a Saturday I was doubtful , I received a WhatsApp message almost immediately saying they had my order and would do their upmost to arrange delivery ASAP, and then the tracking ID, today I received the watch, I cannot thank them enough as without them I would not have a 30th birthday present for my son as I have covid and been quite unwell, will be ordering again and highly recommended to everyone I know.Thank you so much.

Watch broke. No service
Purchased a watch that broke within 3 months. They refused so refund and wanted me to cover the postage for a repair. Keep far away from this company. I'm reporting them to my credit card

DO NOT BUY FROM JONATHAN’S WATCHES
ABSOLUTE JOKE - Do not buy anything from Jonathan’s Watches!!! I ordered on Dec 22nd in time for Christmas and when it arrived the box was empty. After speaking to customer service (who took 24 hours to reply after an automated message said they would reply ‘shortly’), they promised that they would re-deliver my package in time for Christmas… Before then saying they couldn’t so my nephew had to open an empty box.

As explained on WhatsApp we send our watches from an outside warehouse and since the packing is made by humans so a human mistake might occur. Of course we are fully responsible for everything. Got my Armani watch within a few days. Every part of it was plastic wrapped to ensure it was free of scratches and comes in a nice box. All in all a great service.
I found the same watch much more costly elsewhere so this is the place to come. Im going to buy another 😀

Firstly, great price for watch, fantastic quality when it arrived, nicely packaged. Also extra gift included. But the best thing was that when high st jewellers were unable to adjust watch bracelet they offered a simple and effective returns service and perfectly completed repair in timely fashion. Purchased an EMPORIO ARMANI ladies watch which was great value for money. Delivery quick and efficient and excellent communication from seller. The watch was well packaged and even came with a gift bag and free tennis bracelet. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful watch, perfect presentation, free gift
I bought my son a watch for his 21st. It arrived in a beautiful box in perfect condition. We was also given a lovely bracelet for free. Delivery wasn’t as fast as I expected. But the WhatsApp customer service sent me the tracking link as soon as I messaged them. No complaints from me
