Amazing experience, the watches came really quick and in perfect condition. I needed to change 1 of my watches but it had been over 14 days but they still let me exchange it with another watch, very happy with this experience and will be purchasing again in the future when needed thanks.

I had a really good experience with Jonathan’s watches from start to finish, even after having an issue the watch I had ordered.I believe they couldn’t have done more for me to resolve the issue.

Firstly the watches on the website are very fairly price especially for the brands they sell. After ordering my package was delivered quicker then expected. Once opening my new watch I was not completely happy with how it looked so I began to message their customer service team via WhatsApp.
The team was great and I have only positive things to say about the company and the representatives I spoke to, they had a very quick response time to all my messages and made my experience as pain free as possible while they resolved my issue.

I would 100% use Jonathan’s watch again as a first choice next I am looking for a watch for myself or for a loved one.

I purchased this watch on 19th April 2023 and still fighting !!
To present moment, 16/7/23 , I will not be giving in …

From start was a red flag and returned the watch straight away as it didn’t seem genuine with the packaging box also which was used & worn…. this was only the beginning of my nightmare !!
This Hugo Boss watch was meant to be a gift for my son’s Prom.
After discovering there was no dispatch slip to return this mistake I finally got an answer via WhatsApp messaging which was bizarre, they sent me a link to download a postal return for Royal Mail which I had to pay for …I took along to my local Post Office & was given proof of postage.
After waiting almost 2 weeks after trying to contact again about my refund, only via WhatsApp messenger again, I was told they hadn’t received ….. you can imagine how I felt …. Red Flag for certain …
I contacted Klarna to report this issue and was told they’d contact the Merchant after me explaining I’d been trying all along to resolve with them.
This poor watch was costing almost £160 in total, which was a pay 3 I’d chose with Klarna Bank.
Anyway, this scammer has still not refunded and Klarna are still trying for 2 other payments for something I do not have , not to mention my first payment I’ve lost ….
There was a dispute opened but now they’ve closed it, basically taking this horrible person’s word for it and not fully investigating there operating as a merchant who is clearly a scammer and has slipped through their radar.

I had to investigate with Royal Mail myself after no help from allegedly Jonathan’s Watches’ …
Here’s what I found out ….
The tracking number for the return was not eligible for a claim against jewellery or valuables….. after me paying for their return download which I had total no control over …
This is how they’re operating…
Please stay away people and believe the genuine consumer reviews, as there’s false ones slipped through here also ….
My nightmare is still ongoing, Klarna won’t get another penny from me …
This is now being passed onto the police fraud investigation to deal with…. Stick to a reputable watch dealer like Beaverbrooks or Ernest Jones …. I’ve had to learn a hard way !!

The worst company EVER. DO NOT use them. The customer service is terrible, they do not communicate over the phone you can only message them. I returned a watch and you have to chase them for your money back. They then fob you off and do not return your money anyway. PLEASE shop elsewhere.

Hugo Boss watch. I ordered it for next day delivery and it duly arrived. Very happy with the watch, professionally packaged with all the necessary items including a free bracelet. All in all very happy with the way the whole transaction went and would definitely go back to you. The other bonus is that it was £95 cheaper from Goldsmiths Jewellers.

Quick communication with full tracking details via whatsapp. Son really pleased with his Emporium Armani watch for his birthday. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

I bought an Emporio Armani watch arrived within a couple of days (no extra payment for shipping quick needed) also received a free bracelet which is just beautiful. Watch is perfect and will all documents and packaging you could want. Absolutely fantastic service will definitely be ordering again. (Plus they are much cheaper than the high street shops and it’s the same product!)
Great all round defiantly a five start review for these guys.

I bought a Michael kors watch and it was lovely but it didn’t suit the person I bought it for so returned it for a full refund. I have to say that Jonathan watches were excellent and extremely helpful, I had problems returning item due to the delivery company. I got in touch with Jonathan watches and they sorted it out no problem. Sent me another returns label. Received my full refund. I would definitely recommend this company. They are helpful and willing to please. Even if you return your purchase. Top marks

I ordered a watch but unfortunately I changed my mind .I contacted the seller and they cancelled my order for me and were very polite..had confirmation of refund within 5 minutes.. excellent customer service!

Ordered a watch as an anniversary present for my wife. Price was extremely good. Service second to none. Communicated with my via WhatsApp which was very efficient. Will definitely be buying from here again. Quality and price can't be beaten. Customer service excellent !
