Ankarsrum in stock…

I had trouble finding the Ankarsrum lasagne roller and the basic meat grinder set on Ankarsrum’s own website so was delighted to find both items on juicers.ie. Delivery was quick, items arrived well packed in perfect condition. Would happily purchase from you again. Thanks!

Appalling CS

Ordered a Sana 878, delivery was very quick. Machine is great...not the best for juicing leaves or herbs, they tend to wrap around the blade, but you can reach in and un wrap. Im giving 2 stars, cos of delivery. Customer service however, is appalling. From start to finish, I was met with the bare minimum answers to any question. It was a big purchase for me, so needed to know a few things..one being, does a recipie book come with as Sana itself gives a great one in the US. Juicers.ie said they provide a recipie book
I'd asked that question the 1st week in November, and asked about the Black Friday sales and told them Id hold out to see if this juicer had any offers, CS couldnt tell me at that time. Well an offer was made and I bought it thatThursday day before Black Friday. No recipie book came. I queired CS, Julia...and she had the neck to tell be that offer was for beginning of November, not the end. I mean..at no stage did she imply a book would not come with the juicer. I paid 600 euro for that machine, a cheap oul recipie booklet they said Id get, isnt too much to ask or expect is it? And to more or less imply I was mistaken. Never again will I order from this shower. Ive read other reviews who said CS is dreadful. Lord help me if anything happens with the machine, cos ill get no help from Juicers.ie.

Only PayPal will get your money back

You will have no problem if your product works the way it should.

Bought a coffee machine that didn't work correctly and they requested a video to prove this. Sent the video but they maintain they couldn't approve a refund as the manufacturer didn't approve it. (Do Nike or "insert any other brand" approve all of their returns in a sports shop if defective?) They do not like giving out refunds was my take on it all.

Thankfully the item was bought with PayPal and I managed to get my money back through filing a dispute.

Also operating as .ie but item has to be returned to UK.

Your product may be fine and you will have a pleasant experience but my one piece of advice would be to use PayPal only with this company. Also have screenshots of any communication to share with PayPal.

Sent me the wrong item which was of less value than the item I ordered. The company refused to refund the difference or accept that they sent the wrong item.

I am sorry that you are dissatisfied. I have looked into your order details and I can see that we have only received one order from yourself which was on 27th July 2022. Hence, I am sure you can appreciate contacting ourselves more than 2 years after your order was delivered is simply impossible to investigate if indeed you received the wrong item. It is also very surprising that you believe after 2 years since your order was delivered that you have received the wrong item. Nevertheless, I apologise that we are unable to assist further on this matter.

Excellent experience and so excited to have my new KitchenAid. I followed up once to get tracking information and they responded to promptly. Thrilled to have found this for 200 euros less than other sites!

Very much recommended

First time I ordered there, tried another place first but there were issues on their website. Found the same product here to a better price, delivery in time. What more can you ask for ?

Consumers have rights.

All the issues with this company are warranty and customer service. I have had a similar experience 13weeks and counting to have a new expensive blender repaired. This company are failing and need to 1)organise pickup of defective product themselves and not outsource to UK based company 2)do it in a timely manner 3)be pleasant on the phone and not defensive. It is also important for all those that write a review, also make a complaint to the correct consumers rights. A file will be created and they will be forced to comply or shut down.

I am very sorry that you are dissatisfied. I can see that this is the second review that you have left on Trust Pilot about the same issue. Having done a thorough investigation, I can see that you purchased a Vitamix blender from ourselves. When you contacted ourselves about an issue that you were facing with the blender, we recommended that you contact Vitamix with the serial number of your blender as they handle all the warranty issues with their products. They would run through some troubleshooting and advise how best to resolve the problem. Since then, we did not hear back from you until a few months later complaining about An Post. We were unaware of what the issue was and hence, informed you that we have no control over An Post or any courier companies. Again, we did not hear back from you until a month later when you cc'd ourselves in correspondence with Vitamix. We replied to your emails trying to obtain further information in regards to your correspondence with Vitamix and the RMA number provided by them to send your blender for repair under warranty. However, inspite of numerous requests, to date, we have still not received any details from you and hence, we are confused as to whether your blender is currently in your possession or with Vitamix. Unfortunately, if you don't provide us with further details, it is difficult for us to assist you or to contact Vitamix for an update.

Extremely Disappointed with Juicers.ie - Poor Quality and High Shipping Costs for Replacements

I am writing this review to share my frustrating and disappointing experience with Juicers.ie and to warn potential customers about the issues I faced.

I purchased a blender from Juicers.ie with high hopes, but it has been nothing short of a disappointment. This is the second time I have encountered significant problems with the unit. The first issue involved a motor malfunction, which was identified as a production defect. I had to bear considerable shipping costs to send the unit back from Sweden to Ireland for repairs, which was a huge inconvenience.

Recently, I encountered a new problem: the jug started leaking from the bottom during operation. I contacted customer support, hoping for a hassle-free resolution given my previous experience. While they agreed to send me a new jug, they insisted that I pay for the shipping costs again. This is simply unacceptable.

I should not have to cover additional costs for replacing faulty parts on a product that has already proven to be unreliable. The repeated malfunctions and the associated costs have caused significant inconvenience and frustration.

Moreover, the company's policy on handling replacements for international customers is severely lacking. It is disappointing that such a well-regarded company has not streamlined its process to better accommodate customers outside of Ireland.

Overall, my experience with Juicers.ie has been extremely disappointing. The quality of the blender is poor, and the company's approach to customer service is unsatisfactory, especially for international customers. I strongly advise potential buyers to consider these issues before purchasing products from Juicers.ie.

I hope this review helps others avoid the frustration and disappointment I have experienced.

Invalid Warranty

Shipping was very quick but there was no indication that the machine would be coming from the UK and therefore only have a UK-valid warranty.
