Fast, affordable and attentive
I found the Vitamix A3500i at Juicers.ie for 3/4 of the original price and received it within only a few days. They even were so attentive to include a power plug adapter to fit my German sockets. I am very happy with the service experience as well as with the machine.

The little juicer "shine" from Juicers.ie
The little juicer "shine" that I bought from Juicers.ie was a delightful surprise and arrived in shorter time than expected. Efficient machine for its price-class!
Moreover it is easy to use, and to clean. The perfect juicer for a small size kitchen with limited space. Minimalistic with clean design.
Very kind, professional and responsive customer support when I discovered that a piece of the machine was missing. I received it within a few days.

I am very sorry that you are dissatisfied. I have investigated into your correspondence with the support team and can see that your initial email was sent on 11th Feb and responded to on the very next day, 12th Feb. My colleague from the support team responded advising that she has checked with Excalibur and they have advised that the hyperwave patented technology keeps the interior temperature high enough to remove moisture while ensuring food temperature is low enough to maintain enzymes and nutrients. So the temperature of the actual produce doesn't get affected.
Hence, I am surprised that you are claiming you received no response which is not the case as my colleague responded with a technical response received from Excalibur confirming that your dehydrator is not overheating.
