EXCELLENTE SERVICE

Voor de eerste maal bestelde ik een onderdeel voor onze slowjuicer. En was eerlijk verbaasd over de vlotte en toch redelijk vlugge levering hier in België.

Very good experience with juicers.ie, quick delivery of Omega 8006 juicer. Very happy with the performance and quality. Price was not too high for this brand, I got it on a sale.

Great shopping experience

Placed an order and had a short question. Wrote to support and had an answer about 8-10 hours later (and this not far from Christmas). Order came but had one defective part. Wrote again to the support and not even 2 hours later already a confirmation from DPD that the replacement part was sent out! That's how to do customer service and have a happy customer! Thanks again for the great experience =)

Appalling customer service

The most appalling customer service I have ever experienced in my life especially if you ever have to return a faulty item.

Please read the terms and conditions on their website regarding faulty items before purchasing anything from them. All bad reviews relate to poor customer service for faulty items.

They make it complicated to have a faulty item returned and replaced. The company first demand a video as proof of the problem, refusing that the item be returned. They claimed to me that the manufacturer is liable and not them. After sending a video and many emails they eventually acknowledged that the item was faulty and then asked for it to be returned.

Having returned it, they now say that it takes time to open the box and inspect the item. It is now 25 days since the support call was initiated.

On the basis of the customer service I do not recommend purchasing from this website.

UPDATE: Now the company claims that they cannot contact the warehouse to confirm receipt of the faulty item as they don't have a phone and the only means of communication is by email.

I am sorry that you are unhappy with the service that you have received from ourselves. I can see from the email correspondence with our support team that they requested for you to post the faulty item to our Returns Inspection Centre and we would reimburse you for the cost so that you are not out of pocket in anyway.

Great customer service

I ordered some filters months ahead of when I needed them and only discovered I'd ordered the wrong ones when the deadline for returns was long past. So I emailed juicers and they offered to give me credit for the filters if I sent them back in their original condition. I did and got a full "refund" in credits and used that to get the correct filters for my machine which they also helped me identify. Everything went smoothly and super efficiently. Really happy with the service!

very pleased

I purchased a Vitamix for an excellent price compared to the Italian market (200€ difference), and I'm happy with their customer service. Julia was very kind and helpful. My scraper broke soon after my Vitamix arrived, and Julia did replace it without any problem. Also, there was a plug-in adapter in my box of Vitamix for the Italian market, so I do not understand the Portuguese customer complaining about it. I highly recommend Juicers.ie

Blenders don't work outside Ireland & UK (you have to buy an adaptor)

I bought a blender. I live in Portugal and my shipping address was Portugal. They knew I was in Portugal.
The blender came with a 3 pin plug that does not fit in Portugal. I called and they told me that they are an Irish based company and there, the 3 pin plug is the standard. The blender will work if I use an adaptor that is not included in the purchase. I asked for a return and they say that I have to pay the costs of the shipment back to their warehouse.
I cannot understand that they sell outside Ireland and do not say anywhere in their website that the product has a 3 pin plug that only works in Ireland & UK. And I don't understand the poor customer service of demanding of the client bearing the return cost.
So for potential buyers outside UK & Ireland: BE AWARE. They don't say.

I am sorry that you are unhappy. As we are an Irish based company, all our products come with a three pin plug as that is the standard plug socket in Ireland. The understanding is that customers purchasing from outside of Ireland are aware that the product they have purchased will come with a three pin plug. The same principle would apply if a product is purchased in Portugal by a customer based in Ireland, the product they would receive would come with a two pin plug as that is the standard plug socket in Portugal. We try to include an adaptor in the box if available. However, unfortunately, that is not always possible. If customers request to return products on the basis of the plug, then we wouldn't be able to arrange the collection as the item is not faulty and can be used with an adaptor.

Was looking to support Irish but this…

Was looking to support Irish but this is an Irish registered company owned by a UK company D&A OCEAN TRADING LTD!.

Buying a juicer for 1750 euro and the money came out of my credit card but no order. Called them and the levels of service are shocking, zero interest!

Was talked down and told this happens all the time and nothing they can do and call my own bank and resolve. Surely if this happens all the time you should fix the issue and give half decent levels of service to help resolve!

Update* Thank you for your reply but the money came off my credit card, the problem was not the payment did not go through, I supplied proof to Trust Pilot and explained this to you this morning.

Anyway it is just sad you have an issue with your merchant services, have not fixed it and the level of service when I flagged the problem, I have flagged to my credit card provider and it will be refunded.

I have checked your encounter and unfortunately when a payment is not accepted through various algorithms that that merchant bank use we are not able to advise anything other than to try another card or use paypal / alternative payment method.

We do try and help where we can and I am sorry that you have had a negative experiance.

Avoid this company like the plague

Avoid this company like the plague. I bought an expensive Magimix food processor from juicers.ie a couple of weeks ago and it arrived damaged. I contacted them immediately, with photographic evidence, and am continuing to try to contact them almost daily since to arrange for my item to be replaced.
The only reply I have received is to say they have requested advice from the manufacturer. Since then radio silence. What has the manufacturer got to do with anything here? Juicers.ie have a legal responsibility to replace or refund a faulty item. They clearly have no intention of doing so and reading their reviews online I see that I am not the first person to experience this issue with faulty items. I’ll be opening a complaint via my credit card company to get this resolved

UPDATE: six whole weeks after I reported the faulty product it has been collected. A refund has been promised, we will see how long I have to wait for it. I have opened a complaint with my credit card so I hope to get my money back either way. In the meantime I have purchased the same machine from a reputable seller who I know will help me promptly if any fault arises

I am very sorry to hear about your damaged Magimix food processor. Unfortunately, we are not authorised to open the box prior to dispatch and hence, if there is any damage to the product, then we would only be made aware when the customer receives the product. Nevertheless, I appreciate the inconvenience for you. I have checked your correspondence with our Support team and I can confirm that there was no refusal to issue the refund. Unfortunately, the delay in issuing the refund was due to two things. Firstly, due to the delay in Magimix confirming where they would like the faulty unit to be returned to and secondly, due to the delay in the couriers collecting the parcel which I sincerely apologise for. However, I can confirm that the faulty item has been collected and the full refund has been issued which you should have received by now.

irresponsible company

Fast and good customer service until you pay the money. However, the company does not want to take responsibility for a defective item, even though the warranty has not yet expired. Communicates with the client very disrespectfully and makes you feel stupid.

Avoid this company

I paid over €700 for a juicer that stopped working after 4 goes. The warranty is useless and you will have to pay expensive shipping to UK. UK outsourced company told me I over used my product and caused the fault which wasn't possible. Then they asked me to pay for postage of broken item home because I wouldn't pay €300 to fix it. Avoid. Horrible company when something goes wrong.

Please avoid this company and buy from somewhere else.

I ordered a Kitchen Aid product on 1st January 2022. I was not expecting the order for a number of days as both the 1st and 2nd were bank holidays, however, as I had not received any communication by 6th January, I sent an email asking for an approximate dispatch date. I received a quick response to say that dispatch would be the following week (10th January) - so far so good!
So that week we waited patiently for a dispatch notice or tracking code but by Friday nothing had been received so I sent an email asking for a revised date as clearly they had not dispatched as promised and since then nothing - no response, no apology, no new date nothing.
We ordered the product as we have a dinner party on the 29th January and need it before then but with the lack of any communication for over 2 weeks we cancelled the order and claimed the money back through Paypal because of the lack of response.
I rarely give poor reviews but in this case I think it is necessary to try and prevent other people for being let down.
