The product and price is fantastic unfortunately I have emailed them a few times asking a couple of questions and had no reply.
I would like to purchase a multi channel remote and is strap on the roller broke, and asked for a replacement but know response.
But still a great product.
Very pleased with the quality and price, they’ve transformed the room and will buy again.

Although the website is very user friendly with a step-by-step guide to assist ordering your made-to-measure product, the post order communication and support is completely non-existent!
For example - I emailed the UK support email address multiple times as I needed to enquire about the electrics to the motorised roller shutter I ordered, plus I also requested an ETA, however I never once received a reply from this email address. In my final email I said 'I hope the quality of the product is better than the quality of your service as it is non-existent'!! It came as no surprise that I never received a reply to this email either! I later looked up the UK business address and went on Google Earth, only to find it is a house on a 70's housing estate in Leicester.
That said, the original order confirmation did advise 30 days for delivery and that was actually the case, however at no point did I receive a call, text, email or any kind of notification to advise when I will receive the delivery or whether it had been left with anyone else. This was massively frustrating as I later found out from a neighbour that they had signed and taken delivery of my roller shutter 2 days prior, but they then had to go away for a couple of days. At this point, I had no idea my order was even in the UK! Also, during those 2 days, I had my electrician onsite, so if I had of been notified that my order had been delivered to another address, I could have easily arranged collection so my electrician could have connect it up, however I now can't get him back for another week or so, so my clients job is currently sat in limbo for another week while I wait for my electrician to return from holiday!
If you choose to buy a product from Knall, just be very mindful that you are unlikely to receive any communication regarding your order status and if you have any technical related questions or wish to chase up your order, then you are completely wasting your time. This is such a shame as the product itself does appear to be good quality, but I can't give a definitive answer on this until my electrician can come back to connect the motorised switch. All in all, this has been an unpleasant experience, so just be very wary if / when placing an order!

Great poduct, would recommend. However the istructions for the threading the tape on to the reals could have been more detailed.

I am very dissatisfied with the product, especially the upper metallic rail, which is very weak and flimsy, and the blocking mechanism just does not sustain the weight of the wooden lamins.
I will start the return process of the product.

I have been trying to reach the company for weeks with no response at all. My intention is to confirm a couple of queries to be able to put an order. The company clearly doesn’t seem interested in selling or at least in the minimal customer support.
I have tried two or three times through their website and I have sent so many emails at the email addresses they provide, with no response at all.
If this is the customer support that Knall provide (NONE), how I’m gonna trust this company??? How I am going to be able to put an order if I am unsure about the box size I need?? could anyone please contact me or respond to my emails??

I need to add that the review was posted after the company got in touch with me. In order to be fair, I should say, since then, I have been receiving good technical advice for my order via email, and in particular A. C. has been really helpful and patient with me. May be I should re-rate the company. I will do so once I have completed my order so I can rate the whole process. Thank you

We are delighted with the roller shutters you supplied. They were easy to install, and the operating mechanism was very quiet. The thermal insulation is good, and the appearance from inside the room is excellent.
The ordering information on the website is good, and the shutter was supplied precisely as specified. The order was made to measure and delivered within the quoted 3 weeks.

Brilliant service and price for outstanding products. Bought a roller shutter to enclose an alcove and it works superbly. Easy to fit for anyone who is reasonable at DIY

One of the Frame parts was dimensionally inacurate and I was left, after comunication with your company, with no choice but to risk reducing the size myself. This I see as poor performance. Now erected the screens work satisfactorily. but I should not have had to "fettle" them myself.

There is no post order communication at all. Some point after placing your order you will just get a call from a driver when they are outside your house on a sunday expecting that you are home. If your not willing to have the goods left outside then you are expected to stay home permenantly until they are in the neighbourhood again.

Product Good
Delivery time as planned on time.
Installation instructions in several European languages but NOT in English.
Web site ordering software needs some tweaking to save miss ordering.
Customer service and after sales Poor.
Ordered four sets of Venetian blinds at a reasonalble price. Had no issues with the process from ordering to delivery. Arrived well packaged, in good condition and as ordered. Therefore 5 stars.
Wouldn't hesitate to order again.
