I was due a gift to arrive, however on receiving a tracking number eventually it stated it was delivered but sadly on the day stated it never was, I emailed the company znd asked them to ooen a enquiry with Royal mail as they were the sellers, but I had no response, I kept emailing and emailing nothing, until they eventually answered and said because it stated it was delivered there is nothing they can do. so they did not investigate with Royal mail.just used information given to. them
PLEASE DO.NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE HAPPY TAKING YOUR MONEY BUT WHEN THERE IS AN ISSUE THEY DINTVESNT TO KNOW... VERY BAD CUSTOMER RELATIONS.

Don't waste your money and your time
Please don't waste your money, complete scam. The watch broke within two weeks and they wouldn't honour the 30day right to return a faulty product. They counted the 30days from when the order was placed and even though we received the watch ten days later they still wouldn't even exchange it! I've decided to report them to the standards authority. Pay that a little bit more and get a reputable product. It's not worth it!

Please avoid buying anything from this company.. They are doggy. Bought a smart watch in August 2020 few months down the line its faulty and not working as it should. They refuse to take responsibility and repair or refund. Will report to PayPal and trading standards. Please please avoid this company
Update trying to claim via PayPal. They told me return the watch... U know what the company is registered in Argentina. Post cost will be £60

Waste of money
Only getting 1 start cause I can’t give them less. Emailed them a fault with photo evidence as they ask on the site. To get told it was being looked into still waiting weeks after with no more emails back. Don’t waste money on there product and buy a well established branded one

They still delivered it with no protective packaging so case damaged.
Rubish Chinese crap and battery life rubish.
Buyer beware shocking customer service. This is leavgal stealing. It is about time the government stop this.

I don’t trust this company at all
I don’t trust this company at all. They sent out the wrong item and still haven’t done anything to rectify the situation despite several emails and calls. The item turned up in a make-shift box with no packing slip or information about the product, just the watch in a box with a cable. No instruction book, nothing.
Incredibly poor customer service. I would avoid like the plague.
