Ordered a Ksmartwatch two weeks ago. I see it made it from Hong Kong to London a few days ago. Quick reply from emailing customer services to assure me all is well.

I ordered 2 kids smart watches from kids-smartwatch.co** in uk (Smart watch Pro) on 19 November in separate purchases / orders. Both say that they were shipped, and neither have arrived. I have been emailing them now for over 2 weeks and no answer - There is a link to a Shop tracking site that just refers to the 2 items as shipped - I struggle to believe they were ever shipped - Be careful if ordering.

I wish I’d read this before purchasing. I have purchased the kids “Fitbit” watch as a Christmas Present for my daughter. Item has arrived but is very low quality. Arrived in a white non-descript box, the kind you get with cheap jewellery. The watch itself will not charge and despite three emails requesting to return I am yet to here anything. The website claims that these items are half price at £29.99. They are nowhere near worth that price never mind the £59.99 RRP. Very disappointing product and even worse customer service. Avoid!

Bought a k smart watch which looked great, initially it seemed OK, then it started to go wrong and wouldn't charge, the heart rate monitor stopped after 5 days.
John Carlos the customer service manager, asked me to send a video of the watch not working, which I did, he said he would send a new one!
After chasing it up when it would be with me, he then asked for another video.
10 days later and 20 e mails, still nothing from this firm
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Shocking service and quality.

Sent me a faulty watch despite me cancelling the order within minutes of making the order. Said they never received my email. Funny that they've received every other email since then.

Now I've asked for a contact number I'm getting no response from them. Last contact I had said the matter had been escalated to the warehouse team.

I wish I'd read the true reviews before even buying from these people, many unhappy people who have been duped like myself

I bought a ‘galaxy’ watch as a gift and it arrived a week late, was not the Samsung brand I was expecting, and failed to even work.

I wrote to them and provided evidence as they requested. After promising a review from their refund and returns team, they simply stopped communicating.

I purchased a 'fakey' fitbit style watch from Ksmartwatch which because of it's poor design, stopped charging after a few days.The company demanded I send them a video of me charging the watch. Weird or what? under UK trading law, nobody is required to send videos to back up a complaint or faulty product. Avoid this company at all costs, crappy Chinese imported nonsense, fit only for landfill. I'm filing a complaint with the FCA, the more complaints they get, the better the chances of closing down this tin pot company. Save up your money and buy a proper fitbit, I've learned my lesson.

Purchased a watch "galaxy" on 17th April as a gift. Paid £4.99 for express shipping. The item arrived 1st May and is a cheap rip off. There are no pins to attach the bracelet to the watch. Still in the box as I have since read they completely screw up your mobile phone once you install the app. Money down the drain and PayPal no use at all.

I am loathed to give this company one star. I purchased a watch from them via PayPal. Initially it didn't arrive, so I opened a resolution. The watch then arrived and was broken, so I re-opened a resolution. Their response was that if I returned the item they would refund me. They asked me to send the item back to an address in Argentina, which was a huge red flag as the item had been sent from a UK address (I stupidly didn't think until it had been sent). I paid £17.00 postage to return it, and I still don't have a refund. I posted it back in January 2021. They obviously have received the item because if not it would have been returned to my address. I contacted PayPal and despite having receipts etc they did absolutely nothing for me, and in my opinion by not acting on this they are allowing this company to operate. So, I lost £78 and the watch. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. I sent them nine emails and they didn't respond to one of them. I have been left feeling robbed, feeling stupid that I didn't see the red flags or checked trust pilot before purchasing. I guess hindsight is a great thing. What astounds me the most is that this company is still operating, despite all these bad reviews describing clear fraudulently activity. Please report them to the appropriate authorities.

Be careful and do not buy from this company. They make you pay for priority shipping and when you look at their shipping policy it says it can take up to 45 days!! They don't ship from the UK, it ships from china.

MY WIFE SHOULD HAVE CHECKED WITH ME FIRST AS I WOULD'VE STOPPED HER FROM BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY AFTER DISCOVERING PREVIOUS BUYERS COMPLAINTS.

Instead she referred to the 4* and 5* feedback supposedly left on their website rather than dig around for the real feedback left on websites like this one (as I would have done).

To her credit, their website went some way to giving confidence in the company as it has a padlock in the Web address bar which is often a sign of a reputable website.

The item causing the controversy:

The LK smartwatch looks good with its stainless steel bracelet and works fine by itself. However the Walkfit app that accompanies it (on Google Play with Chinese script) completely screws up my android tablet (*) sending it into a frenzy, randomly rotating the desktop in both directions and setting off a notification alarm which the tablet's settings has yet to fully deactivate.

(* As I don't own a working mobile phone, I chose to install the app on my android tablet instead. I could and probably will delete the app preserving the state of my tablet. But as the app controls or supplements all of the watch functions, it will reduce the usefulness and value of the watch to me)...

I contacted the company asking for technical help with the problem or, if they could not help, a refund.

No offer of help was available so I requested a refund.
With this they asked for a short video highlighting the problem.

I sent a video and a detailed description of the fault and it was forwarded for an internal investigation - but since then, NOTHING (but you always live in hope)!

Ksmartwatch also asked me to review them on Judge.me and I left a detailed review and a 1* rating. They supposedly copy and paste the feedback from Judge.me onto their website yet my review hasn't appeared on their website along with the others.

Perhaps it's because the review questions the otherwise glowing reports they have supposedly received and that would never do. It tells me one thing. Don't believe everything you read when companies sing their own praises.

With so many reports on Trustpilot from dissatisfied customers, it is mystifying that the company has not had all its trading suspended until a thorough investigation.

Instead they are still allowed to continue trading as more-and-more people continue to lose money. It's truly criminal!

P.S.: If you need further convincing check the address on their website. It gives 50 Guild Street as a North London (N4) postcode yet it's actually in South East London (SE7).

When confronted via PayPal Resolution Centre, the returns address they gave me via email was in China. Yet the Resolution Centre got an address from KSmartwatch somewhere in Argentina! Make of that what you will!

CANT PUT 0 STARS but would prefer to put a minus. If you get goods, they won't tell you when they will be delivered and if you miss the courier (in my case HERMES) they won't tell you either and put the item in a secure location again (in my case THE RECYCLING BIN). I only found out after a dispute through PAYPAL (Useless) nearly 4 weeks later. Still in dispute keep wanting me to sort things that i can't. It's down to the seller. Like all the rest have said. AVOID AT ALL COST...!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Scam company that says it's based in London but, when you try and return a faulty product you discover they are based in Argentina. Terrible customer service demanding videos of the faults. Trying to get my money back through PayPal but even that's proving difficult because of they're fake address. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this company, they are thieving scammers who should be ashamed of themselves!!

Watch didn’t work. It was a Christmas gift purchased in October for our grand daughter, opened on Christmas Day. They’re siting the 30 day limit to refund, or replacement. No guarantee. We have been scammed too to the tune of £35 for a child’s gift. Do not purchase. You can see reviews are consistent ply bad. I wish I’d seen this before wasting money and disappointing a child. PayPal, do not contract with them please.

Looks like a rip off company paid on 25th emailed them twice for tracking details won't reply giving any details stay well clear of this company

This is a Chinese sham shop, the watch don't work! If you don't want to be scammed out of your money avoid at all cost. I wish I read the reviews earlier.

Complete scammers. DO NOT USE. Its amazing people like this can continually get away with selling items to the UK.

They are NOT UK based. I paid extra for 'next day delivery'. The item didn't arrive for around 3 weeks. It was very, very cheaply made and not what I wanted when it did arrive. However, this company do not have a refund policy unless the item is faulty.

Somehow, they manage to evade the distance selling regulations. I am totally baffled as to how this is allowed to go on.

We are currently pursuing this with UK Trading Standards.

In the meantime, SAVE YOURSELF THE BOTHER AND DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY.
