Ceiling fan was faulty very shortly after install. They are sending a replacement but I’m going to have to pay an electrician to come and try to see if this one is any better. I regret buying it now since I’m not confident that it’s going to be any better and I’ve got to fork out for an electrician anyway

The purchase is fine, but the aftermath of a daily bar-age of marketing is infuriating! This was my first purchase and probably last….

You took 4 working days to deliver the item which is ridiculous in this day and age.

Difficult lamp to fit access from the rear, poor design

Faulty ceiling fan received. In order to install it onto the ceiling you need to remove the baseplate first; but all four screws seem to have been tightened by a machine and they can't be removed without completely wrecking them. So it's not fit for purpose. Massive hassle having to return to Netherlands and wait for refund. So I wouldn't use this company again.

The fan unit is good quality and as described, metal and wood. I think it’s good value for money. It looks pretty good in the space - the kids love it, it works really well, and it’s so nice not to have the standard fan in their room anymore for them to trip over. The light is not as good in terms of ambiance as their previous normal light, but it can be made brighter or softer which helps, and we have a couple of bedside lamps too so it’s not a problem for us. The fan/light was delivery quickly and was well packaged with recyclable materials, which we appreciate. Overall really happy with it, and would buy another!

Track is ok but not enough accessories, try doing adapters for track so people can fit their own pendants too

Lampandlight company are really good. Yhe website is easy to find what you're looking for. I ordered a ceiling light in wicker and a large bulb. It arrived quickly. The ceiling light is lovely and really pretty. It is well made and the pattern is great. Looks great, makes the room look light and airy. Good piece of workmanship. Excellent service. Definitely recommend. Thank you.
