Wrong details sent???
Applied online Nov 22 for title register & title plan, received receipt immediately, however I did not receive order, chased up 23/1/2023 & they "re-sent" documents same day, however the outline drawing is correct, but the official copy of register of title is for a completely different name & address in the west midlands (my property is in Bristol) I have sent 2 emails & tried "contact us" on website but have not had a response!

This company is completely fraudulent
This company is completely fraudulent, they pay to be top of google search engine calling themselves LandRegistryUk.co.uk and I assumed they were the uk land registry but they are not. They charged £39.90 for documents that cost £6 from the government landregistry.gov.uk and refuse to return money - I will take this further.

This company’s activities border on fraudulent
As other reviewers noted, this company does not deliver. I paid for a copy of a property title and received no receipt for the payment and (not surprisingly) no actual documents. The government land registry office provided the same document within 48 hours for only GBP3. Do not fall into this trap - this company does not deliver and simply takes your money.

Yes I got conned all I can say is check the website out first on trust pilot and then you know what your getting…I never checked and look what happened! All I got was a set of out of date house boundary pics.

This is a complete Con I mistakenly went on this site and paid for a plan, we needed it very urgently only to get an email telling me it would be an hour My son said why didn't you go on the gov site, it is cheaper and instant, the cost is only £3.00 for the same thing being charged at £19, but you get it straight away, The plan from landregistryuk didn't come for 4 hours
so save your money go to the website with .gov ending
