Just read all the reviews of this scam site. I have paid £19.95 and received nothing. Sent 4 emails. I will be informing my Credit Card Company for a refund and also Trading Standards. How in this age with all the technology are these people allowed to operate in this way, I wonder. Avoid.

Completely useless service. This company will send the incorrect titles to the property you are searching for. Go to GOV.UK to find the deed for 10% of this rip off company. Pending refund. Trading standards notified of issue.

I have now received the refund - after I posted this review but all the same, the refund has been received

Total scam - could not provide me the information I paid £19.95 for. They emailed to say they would refund the money but nothing received. I have emailed twice but no response. Going to take them to the small claims court. This shouldn't be allowed to happen

Scam site. Thought it was the official site stupidly! Lost £20 and they won’t respond. They should be removed this shouldn’t be allowed

Stupidly I didn't realise this wasn't the official government site.

I ordered 2 title plans and, for another property, the title deeds and plan.

I'm still waiting for the last title plan I ordered. Its impossible to get hold of this company. I've tried emailing but my email is not being delivered.

Visited this site ordered a £19.95 copy of Deed, no email received. On checking, saw the poor reviews and realised I had been scammed. Sent an email to them and they stated it must be a ‘replica’ site I had visited. They suggested contacting my Bank who can’t help until the currently pending transaction has gone through. I found the proper Gov website and got the docs I need for £3. Hopefully others will do their research correctly and use the Gov we m site and not this phoney but wiser then me at the time fraudster. I eventually got the documents, after complaining and my review. Am not changing my review, they are seriously over charging for a service they do not deliver as described. Just use the proper ago etnment site for £3.

I paid for a title deed and took screenshots of the payment reference and the payment on my bank. When I hadn’t received the document over email a few days later ( they said it would take 24 hours), I contacted them. Even with the screenshots and reference they have said it’s not them. I still had their link open from that day and recognise all the stages of the order ( pretended to order again up to actually confirming payment). They take your money and run.

Rip off do not use. take your money and ignore your emails

Wish there was an option for zero stars.
They are scammers I lost over £30 please do not use them when they went quiet I wrote asking for money back but no response does anyone know where they are maybe a wee visit!

Scammed like everyone else writing a review. I feel very foolish and should have double checked.

This is a scam website. Wished I had seen the reviews before purchasing. Go to the Gov website, its £3.00. Matter reported to the relevant authorities. :)

It's a scam. Go to the Govt site. Everything is £3

Fell for this as well. First listing on Google but alas that doesn't mean it isn't a scam.

Paid £20 for a document, stupidly without researching other means, still nothing 4 days later but they’ve taken my cash!!
Used the government website in the end, cost £3 and got them straight away!

Con Artists. They take the money but provide nothing. It has been four days and counting now with no information, no response to multiple emails requesting and update or a refund.

They are 'SCAMMERS' plain and simply. STEER WELL CLEAR.

Just wish I had seen their reviews and comments before parting with my money.

I do not recommend this site. I filled in the online form, sent the payment and received the wrong documents. Several emails and complaints later there is no response . No phone number given to call with complaint either. Apparently a complete waste of money. I will try to report this to Consumer Direct or other regulatory body.

Paid for title, plan, and conveyancing pack on two properties. Never received conveyancing pack for either. Emailed and auto reply said to wait 48 hours. Not a sausage so I'm posting this review. £60ish down the loo.

Wish I'd been more patient and requested from the HM Land Registry direct.

I made the same mistake as others, no documents arrived. I even got a email receipt for £20 but that's it.

Wrong documents sent cannot telephone them do not use this Company
