Absolutely top quality craftsmanship…
Absolutely top quality craftsmanship and beautiful bags. I ordered two - medium pixie and the tote.
What makes it even better is the customisation so I could get each bag exactly as I wanted it.
No need to go to Italy to get a smart artisan hand made leather bag - much better quality and options right on our doorstep!

I was gifted a bag from this company and loved it - on a whim I went to the website and decided to see what else - I fell in love again with the same bag but wanted something unique - thinking it would be impossible to do this I got in touch with Keith anyhow and we set about creating a unique colour combo - after a mock up I went ahead and can't wait for this one of a kind bag to arrive! It's such a thoughtful process and I would recommend this bespoke service to everyone!

I bought my first bag 8 years ago and it’s still in perfect condition without any special care. I just ordered another one from their website and their customer service is beyond expectations. Great products with amazing colors that don’t fade over time, great customer service and decent prices.

Superb quality
Ordered for a friend's birthday present and she loved it. Having not used the company before I admit I was somewhat sceptical when placing the order but I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the company and will certainly use again.
The communication from the start was exceptional, checking when the birthday was to make sure it was delivered in time, and it duly was.
Superb quality leather and workmanship and very nicely packaged making it an ideal present.

Quality product, exceptional service
I wanted to buy my husband a music case for his birthday and found that I had left it a little late to order in the timeframe stated on the Leather Satchel Company website. I need not have worried in the least. Once I had emailed to ask whether there was any chance a case could be custom made in time for the 'big day', I received a very prompt reply basically saying yes, no problem, and that my order would be completed in time. The Leather Satchel Company surpassed expectations by delivering almost two weeks before the birthday. The case itself is made to the highest standards and I was so pleased to be able to support a business which values and, quite rightly, prides itself on crafting artisan products. My husband is thrilled with his new music case. I would recommend The Leather Satchel Company to anyone looking for a high quality product and a highly personalised, friendly and professional service.

Absolutely perfect
I was thrilled with my order (small notebook cover) because I'd had difficulty finding a cover for an odd-sized Japanese planner – not quite A6, not quite B6. I found TLS Co by chance when I was about to give up. The measurements seemed to be the elusive "tall A6" that I'd been hunting for, so after a couple of hours trying to make up my mind about the colour (the choice of leathers is huge) I took the plunge and placed the order. The cover arrived this morning and it fits the planner like a glove. Gorgeous leather, immaculate stitching, beautifully presented in a smart understated box – and an incredible bargain for that quality. Great service, too. I can't recommend this company highly enough. An all-round enjoyable shopping experience!

My husband wanted a replacement for a well loved and worn out messenger bag. The company took endless care over the specification. He is so pleased with the result. A custom made high quality leather messenger bag for £200 is extraordinary value.
