Just what I was looking for
I have been looking for a red leather case for my iPad for a long time, and wanted to make sure I got one of good quality that wouldn't stain my other bags. I got recommended to contact the Leather Satchel Co. for a custom order. They were really patient and helpful while I was considering options and ideas, and even managed to source the perfect colour.
They kept me informed all the way through the process, with pictures of the leather and similar items, and estimations for completion time. It took less than two weeks from I made my final decision untill I received it in the mail. It was neatly packed, and the case is so well made. I look forward to showing it off.
I will definetly be coming back for future leather cases/ bags.

A lovely company to deal with so helpful from advise on the design to making and to delivering my satchel within 5 days so I had it in time for my birthday. The quality of everything is excellent and I will certainly be ordering more bags from them the whole experience was a pleasure

Fantastic Product and Sensational Service
I love my briefcase satchel.
I had been looking for something smart and small to carry to and from work. I came across the Leather Satchel Co. and I was impressed by the look of the products, the bespoke service, and the company's commitment to manufacturing a quality product here in the UK.
I ordered some leather samples initially to help me decide what to go for. But I messed up. I ordered an 11" Briefcase Satchel and that was just too small for me - it didn't look right. Luckily the company has an outstanding "no questions asked" returns policy. I arranged the return and received a really helpful email from the MD, Keith asking me what I was really looking for. Keith and Shaun were then hugely helpful as I sent various queries and ideas to them, surely I was driving them mad by now, but they were endlessly patient and they gave great advice. Finally, I placed an order for the replacement satchel.
I opted for a 14" Briefcase Satchel in Distressed Walnut Husk. I added gold hardware, a shoulder pad, a key hook and changed the single front pocket for two front pockets. Just two weeks later the satchel arrived, and it is magnificent!
The bag looks amazing, really classy and so well made. 14" is just the right size for a minimal amount of stuff, it even takes my 14" laptop and everything else I need for a light day. The two pockets are great for my phones and the key hook is really handy. But the really amazing thing is how well balanced it is - the shoulder pads sits nicely on my shoulder, it's suede backed so it never slips making it a really easy carry. Fully loaded it doesn’t cause me any shoulder or back pain.
I'm hooked and I cannot recommend them highly enough. You should order one, I'm planning on a second much bigger one for days when I need to carry clothing with me as it gets colder and to use as an overnight bag.

What a beautiful satchel
I am really happy with my new satchel and the whole experience of buying the product. Happy to support handcraft and family business.
Bags are highly customizable, customer support amazing and the product is packed so nicely that even unpacking is a lovely experience.
I bought a 14 inch Satchel. I added a shoulder pad and a handle. I can fit there an A4 book, a 14 inch laptop, a water bottle, a wallet, books, umbrella, pencil case. Basically everything that a woman needs.
The bag is very beautiful and smells lovely. I get compliments on it (from both men and women). You can really see that you have a top notch handcrafted product that will last years to come.

I recently received my beautiful 11inch satchel bag. I absolutely love it. It arrived very promptly, just ten days after ordering and beautifully wrapped.
The quality of the leather and the craftmanship on my bag is amazing.
When I took my bag out of the beautiful box, I knew it was made and packed with love and care.

Leather Music Satchel
I recently started a search for a new leather music case. My search led me to The Leather Satchel Co. website. I was really impressed with the layout of the site, the large number of different satchels and other leather items available and the amazing choice of colours an options. I was especially impressed with the commitment to craftsmanship displayed on this site.
I selected my case in post office red, with almost all of the available options, placed my order and waited. My new case arrived yesterday, just one week after I had placed my order, and came all the way from Liverpool, England. What a beautiful piece of craftsmanship. It is everything I hoped it would be and more. I can't wait to start using it when my piano lessons start again in August.
It is good to know that there are still a few craftsmen left in the world that take pride in their work. This beautiful piece of art will last me a lifetime and, I am sure, will generate a lot of comments from my peers.

A journal cover of the highest quality, and more.
Two things to consider here.
First, the quality of my large leather journal cover is fantastic, a beautiful piece of craftwork that will undoubtably last and make me further enjoy my writing experiences.
Second, the level of contact and communication from Shaun and Keith was perfect, keeping me in the loop when necessary. A lovely additional touch was the short video sent of the embossing (wrong word, possibly) of the characters I requested for the front cover - just another level of detail which made the whole transaction enjoyable.

Exceeded My Expectations
Sometime when you buy online it can be hit and miss but this is most definitely not the case with The Leather Satchel Co. I requested samples which arrived in a few days - had questions about customisation which were promptly answered with suggestion and advise. I purchased the Mini Windsor backpack as I am petite. Got the extra pocket and bolt handle and of course the super cute monogram. I chose their Basset Hound colour which is so gorgeous. The workmanship is exceptional as is the customer service. Shaun and Keith are really very nice to deal with. I am definitely shopping here again for family gifts and treats for myself. Absolutely would recommend.

I highly recommend the company and their beautiful products. My husband has two satchels which he is delighted with and I have a custom-made large tote. It is now my daily handbag, bit enough for all I need to throw in. It was made exactly to my specifications with extra width, a key loop, longer handles and in my favourite blues and greens. I use a handbag organiser to keep all the wee bits and pieces in place and I know I'll be using this for years to come. Customer service is spot on. Delighted with my beautiful, useful, sturdy, handmade scouse bag. Get one.

14" Satchel Custom Made
Following great communication with Shaun, I purchased a 14" Distressed Mersea Waters bespoke briefcase satchel, it arrived how I had imagined with all the bells & whistles from the Leather Satchel Company.
After using it a couple of times I thought the adjustable strap was still a bit long so, I emailed Shaun, sent it back for shortening and it was returned 'free of charge', now that is amazing customer service. Awesome leather with chrome fittings, really well made, great price too. Am sure my satchel is gonna last for years.
Folllowing my experience, I can't recommend the LSC enough.

The Place to go for Leather Satchels & Bags
I’ve just placed an order for my 9th bag which should be recommendation enough for this company. The level of customer service is second to none and nothing is too much trouble. Very rare today for the customer. If anyone is looking for a bag or satchel that will last a lifetime this is the company to look at. My first satchel arrived yesterday and I instantly fall in love with it. The quality of the product is exceptional, lots of customisations are available. Customer service is beyond expectations. They have made my satchel exactly how I wanted it and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company.
