Carla was fantastic from Customer Services. We initially spoke on the phone and this was followed up by very clear and succinct instructions with information on subsequent steps, possible outcomes etc. She made the whole process really simple and I was delighted with the eventual outcome of my query. This is what customer service should look like! Absolutely exemplary! Thanks carl and Le Creuset.

Thoughtful and caring support. Easy communication and fair resolution, as I would expect from Le Creuset. Worth the extra price to have lifetime warranty.

Bought a roasting tray and it gave the dimensions as 35cm but when I got the tray it has handles that stuck out and wouldnt fit in my oven.
No big deal and as soon as I checked it wouldnt fit I returned it that same day. I had to wait 3 and a half weeks with multiple emails and live chats to get them to process the refund and was just told that they can be busy and it takes as long as it takes to check returned and I just had to wait. So frustrating as I was told by live chat they had my package returned and then woudl get an email saying that they were still checking so not very clear communication at all.

I would not recommend this company based on their customer service.

Amazing customer service. A recent incident where the lid from a stoneware dish cracked in half during cooking.
The item was around 3 years old and we had no proof of purchase available. We reported this to Le Creuset and they immediately advised that we wouldn't necessarily need proof of purchase. We described the issue and provided a couple of photographs. A replacement product is being issued at no cost to us. Indeed, the item we lost is no longer available so they have provided the closest possible alternative which I suspect is of higher value than the original.
Extremely impressed and is an example of how good customer services can be. Thank you and well done.

Had an issue with my Le creuset pot . Sent it in for warrenty inspection .Customer service are AMAZING they sent me a prepaid postage label sent it over .And within a week i got an email saying it was covered by warrenty and 3 days later i got a new replacement . And this is why i will continue to buy and use there products 5*

A casserole dish arrived broken (due to rough handling by courier) and a replacement was despatched quickly and efficiently

The shop was very welcoming, Carole was lovely and so helpful in helping us pick pieces for our first kitchen as a couple. She had lovely suggestions and treated us so well.

I am a Le Creuset fan, love the colours, the functionality of their products. I was supported by Chloe at the Notting Hill shop for a steak weight purchase and my son is loving it! Chloe was super attentive and customer focused. A great experience all around!

I had a complaint about my Le Creuset product and my complaint was dealt with promptly and effiecently .I received a replacement very quickly which was very well packed and I look forward to many years using my replacement.

Our Le Creuset fired dish broke in half when lifting it from the plate warming oven. We bought it 3-4 years ago but Le Creuset did not hesitate and immediately replaced it. Carla Im customer service was super helpful.

The customers service was very pleasant and helpful. We had two saucepans that had worn badly and discussed the issues on the phone. We sent them back for inspection and without delay two new saucepans were delivered to us. We have always bought Le Creuset pot and pans and will continue to do so!

I have been a Le Creuset customer for as long as I can remember. From baking trays to large pots to mugs to kettles and more. Recently I had an issue with our beautiful kettle and Le Creuset’s customer service team were wonderful in attending the matter. In particular, Sophie Hunt and Lesley Morton were super helpful. It’s nice to receive such wonderful service which makes me even more happy to continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you both!

had an old stone dish that cracked. Asked about a replacement/part exchange. The Customer Service was exceptional - well above what was expected - and i was expecting them to be good - but this was next level! New dish arrived in a matter of days!

I’ve got several none-stick pans which I’ve had for a couple of years and use daily. Sadly the none-stick coating has come off and the pans looks rusty, they are not fit for purpose so thought I’d contact Le Creuset to take advantage of the life time guarantee. I sent them photos and they said they didn’t think I’d used them correctly, they said I’d used olive oil on a high heat and therefore the life time guarantee did not apply!! The moral of this story is they expect you to use highly processed oil and not use a conventional gas cooker. I may have used olive oil on a few occasions and I have definitely used a gas cooker. I will not be replacing these pans with more Le Creuset as I think they are over priced and subpar standard.
