My order took longer than expected to…
My order took longer than expected to arrive and part of it was broken. However, they responded quickly and delivered a replacement part the next working day. Hence 4/5.

Having just moved into this house we loved the coal effect gas fire but the coals looked shabby and some were broken, we looked for the model on line and ordered the exact ones from Legend gas fires who were first rate for ordering and delivery

Ordered a coal set for my legend fire
Ordered a coal set for my legend fire. Later informed me that they were out of stock and would two weeks before available.
Offered me a deluxe pebble set at no extra cost which I accepted and am very pleased with.
Good customer after sales service. Will use again if needed.

Well packaged
Well packaged, coals were good quality and in good condition. Took longer than expected for delivery plus not quite enough info on delivery time from the beginning.

I am still waiting for my package to…
I am still waiting for my package to be delivered by DHL. They did deliver a package which was left in my porch as I instructed, however it was not for me (its a mirror for a Mr Winstanley!) I have spoken to DHL and they say they will rectify this error but seem to be unable to give me a definite date and time to do this.!!!

Just to clarify the mirror delivery has nothing to do with Legend Fires. That’s a DHL mix-up with another customer.
However if you give us a call on 01254 695244 with your order details, we’ll speak directly to our DHL contact and get you a proper update on your parcel. We can usually get answers faster than their customer service.
Thanks for your patience, we’ll help get this straightened out quickly.
Poor communication
Poor communication. The order hasn’t been delivered yet. Tracking app was wrong about delivery, and Legend Fires were unapologetic about it all. Not great whatever the delay was about.
