My replacement coals.
I dropped one star purely because I had to call the company customer's services because I had been waiting for the order.
I was then told they were waiting on suppliers, but when I placed the order the web site said the goods were in stock.
After my call I was then kept informed of my order. I had a call saying the order had been despatched.
The goods arrives and were well packaged.
Maybe keep customers more informed from the beginning about their suppliers situation.

Modular coat order
Ordered a replacement modular coal set for my fire. Unfortunately one part was found to be broken when unpacked. I called Legend and they informed me that a replacement would be sent out. I later called back to ask about tracking details and they said they'd give me them in a WhatsApp message as soon as the part was ready, which they did.
Very pleased as the fire is now looking great.
