Delivery arrangements were not good
Delivery arrangements were not good. Paid £15 for delivery and it wasn't delivered we had to go pick up and were refused a refund of the delivery charge. No delivery attempted despite saying there was...we were in all day...no card through the door and no email with collection code.

Really great service
Really great service, thank you. The information on the website about the make/model of my fire found it easy to find the replacement parts needed (coals and base/sides). I forgot to add my email to the order (sorry), but the order still arrived quickly and very well packaged. I will definitely use the website again if / when I need to. Thank you.

Fast delivery - Wrong Item!
Thank you for your fast delivery.
Unfortunately your store man has picked the wrong valve. It is for a remote operated gas fire, not the one I ordered. Please organize the return of the wrong item back to you and send the correct manual valve LEG02.
I noticed that the remote control valve is rather more expensive at £ 238.80, not £ 75.29 which I paid.
Would be a loss to you and no use to me!

The worst customer service I have received!
After initially contacting Legend fires on 16 December to ask advice about parts for our gas fire and receiving a response almost immediately, I placed an order for the parts on the same day. However, despite accepting my money, the company failed to inform me that the parts were not in stock and completely ignored the e-mail I sent enquiring about my order, even though the business was still open until 19 December. They were then closed for two weeks over the Christmas period and eventually on 5 January, I received an e-mail advising me that they were working through all of the orders and they would get back to me regarding my order. Still no mention that the parts were out of stock! To cut a long story short, I received my order on 22 January, but I honestly don’t think Legend Fires would have updated me at all, if I had not contacted them. Just not the experience I would expect from any company in these days of technology, when it is so easy to keep people can updated!
