The replacement pebbles and base arrived very promptly but the base was broken when we opened it. We were very disappointed as we’ve a party arranged and won’t have the new pebbles in time now.

Customer Services were very helpful and will post out a replacement.

Fast reaction after order and very good customer service indicating an obvious error in the order of spare parts. The error was corrected and the correct parts were sent within days. I can highly recommend the company. Thanks.

From ordering to delivery was only couple of days.
Parcel well packed and contents undamaged.
Opened it straight away as last time I left it couple of months till colder weather and found small amount of damage. Customer services replaced damaged piece without charge which was very much appreciated.

I bought some replacement coals for my fire. They came very quickly and are a perfect fit.

Ordered Vantage coal set that arrived following day in advance of gas fire service.
Shape of coals slightly different in shape than original, and fit perfectly in fire place.

Ordered new oxy pilot, arrived in 36 hours and fitter had installed the next day. Postage cost was a bit high at over £8 for a lightweight part.

Great service, good products delivered promptly and well packaged plus they included an up to date service manual when I enquired on how to place the coals.

Spare part delivered within 2 days in time to be fitted by gas engineer.
