Excellent service and communication
Very pleased with this company. We needed a new coal bed for our Legend Spirit fire and as it was 12+ years old, we weren't sure if the one they were selling would be the right fit. They responded to my emails promptly and were very helpful. The item came the day after ordering although we weren't in a hurry for it. The only downside was the cost of delivery. It would have been nice to have had a choice for a cheaper delivery.

After mistakenly ordering the wrong part…
After mistakenly ordering the wrong item a phone call quickly rectified my mistake. As I am extremely deaf I try to avoid the phone at all times. The lady who took the call could not have been more helpful. She had a great telephone manner and spoke clearly with humour and friendliness. She immediately retrieved the outbound parcel and organised the correct part to be sent. She said it would be with me next day. It was, arriving before lunchtime. Great service.

Customer support
Item ordered on Friday, despatched on Monday, received on Tuesday. Kept informed and delivered promptly.tried to set up the non display remote with my Legend gas fire without success. Contacted tech team, spoke with Jess, who was excellent, it transpired that it was not compatible- my current remote too old, and we agreed to that I should return the remote for a refund,which I have. Jess suggested further options of a replacement remote hub or possible a new fire which I said I would look into.Excellent customer service.

Very slow dispatch time and promises not kept
Ordered a part online on 11 December 2024. Not posted until Thursday 19 December 2024 and only after 2 phone calls requesting a tracking number??!!. Very slow dispatch time and promises not kept.
Thankfully item was received Friday 20 December 2024. Sorry, but if you want a quick delivery, I would choose another company.
