Solid Quality, Great Customer Service
We are very happy with our Level8 suitcases. We travel a fair amount and the Level8 suitcases are holding up far better than the other name-brand stuff we've had in the past. The real advantage with There have a been a couple times the airlines were a little extra-rough with our cases requiring replacement of a couple small parts, and the Level8 customer service has been fantastic getting the new parts to me. While I don't know when these suitcases will need to be replaced, I do know that I will replace them with Level8 in the future.

I have three: the yellow and black 20", 26", and 28". Love them all. The wheels are the best. They are so smooth when rolling. I had an issue with the telescopic handle on the 20". I emailed the company and sent a video of the issue. They quickly sent a replacement. With so much horrible customer service nowadays, I was pleasantly suprised with the customer service at Level8.

Oh my goodness. Customer service is outstanding. I LOVE my suitcase and recently my zipper broke and my wheel was wonky. Told Level 8 and they issued me a new one. I’m leaving for a big trip too and they rushed the bag just so I’d have it for my big trip.
Not a lot of companies left out there that excel in customer service. So happy with my product!!
Exceptional Customer Service
We’ve used our level 8 Voyager checked and carryon cases for a couple of years. Recently while packing up on a cruise I discovered that the zipper on my case had come off the track. After attempting unsuccessfully to have it repaired locally (which level 8 would have compensated us), we were shipped a new suitcase. We have another trip in a few weeks and I was quite anxious about this. Absolutely fantastic service and response times.

Excellent all around
Excellent all around. The suitcases are amazing and the customer service is top notch. First, the suitcases bright yellow with black accents makes it stand out. The inside has the best organization with zippered compartments to keep everything in place. The wheels allow for smooth movement while the handle extends and retracts just as smoothly.
After a trip we had an issue with the handle on our larger suitcase. The customer service was extremely helpful with troubleshooting the problem. When that didn’t work, they sent us a brand new replacement. They sent it right away within 2 weeks of reporting the issue we had the replacement. Amazing. We will definitely be buying all of our luggage from Level 8.

Massive shoutout to Level8 for outstanding service. A local delivery issue in Denmark caused problems with my order, and Level8 didn’t just “apologize” — they took action and fixed it fast, making sure my suitcase arrived when I needed despite I already traveled to the Netherlands. On top of that they completely trusted me to send the other one back — no hassle, no hoops to jump through, no additional payment. That level of trust and customer-first support is genuinely next level. Ordering direct from Level8 is a no-brainer — I’m seriously impressed with how far they’ll go to make you feel valued as a customer.

Very good customer service. Unfortunately the luggage I order was damaged in transit. Level8 took complete ownership. What was amazing was the turnaround time. It was less than 72 hrs from the time I contacted customer service to the time I had a replacement luggage at my home !

First time using my 20" and 26"…
First time using my 20" and 26" yellow-black Level8 suitcase oversea. It really standout, love the fact that I could spot my suitcases from far distance. Best of all, no trolley track in the middle of the suitcase. Able to use all the inner space and everything lay flat. There was just one unfortunate issue, my 20" trolley handle was not locking properly. Contacted customer service and they were very prompt at responding to my issue. After a few corresponding email to resolve the issue, but with no success. To my surprise, I got a replacement suitcase without even asking. This really gave me the confidence to future purchase from Level8 without worry.

Excellent Quality and Great Customer Service
I recently purchased the Level8 Luminous Textured Carry-On 20", and I am extremely satisfied with my choice. First of all, the suitcase is absolutely beautiful! The design is sleek and modern, and the textured finish gives it a premium look.
In terms of functionality, this carry-on is outstanding. It’s incredibly lightweight and easy to maneuver, even in crowded spaces. The wheels are smooth and silent on flat surfaces, which makes it even more convenient when moving through airports or hotels.
The interior compartments are well-organized, making packing and unpacking a breeze. My belongings stay neatly arranged, which is a huge plus for me.

Customer Service handling of 2 recent issues; while both were warranty, 1 was a brand-new purchase, the 2nd was on an older piece of luggage. Each handled promptly, respectively, and with the proper amount of expedience one would like to expect. And Level8 NEVER ceases to deliver. Can't wait to add to our luggage collection!
World class support and great luggage
I bought a 3-piece set and unfortunately had a defect with a zipper on one of the items. The way Level8 handled this was amazing. I contacted support, and they offered to send me a brand-new replacement bag immediately. No headaches, just genuine willingness to help.
It’s easy to find good looking luggage, but hard to find this level of integrity and service. I’m a customer for life now and will definitely buy more in the future.

Excellent Customer Service & Quick Resolution
I’m really appreciative of the assistance I received from LEVEL8. I had an issue with my suitcase handle, and their customer service team responded quickly, guided me through the steps, and made the entire process stress-free. They kept me updated and sent out a replacement right away.
The professionalism, communication, and care they showed exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend LEVEL8 for both their quality products and their outstanding customer support.
Customer service went from 1 star at the beginning to 5 stars at the end.
I bought a suitcase from them. The courier company indicated that the label had been printed for the package, but then nothing happened for eight days. I contacted them and they said they had shipped the suitcase.
After a few days, there was still no change, so I wrote to them again. This time, they said they would send another one.
The next day, they wrote again to say that the color I had chosen was out of stock and I would have to wait 3 weeks for it. But they had another color in stock and could send that one if I wanted. I replied that I would accept the other color, but they should ship it within two days because they were already 10 days behind schedule.
They replied that they would ship it sometime. I asked what was preventing them from shipping it: the suitcase is in stock, I paid for it, they got their money, so why should I have to wait?
Then, a day later, they wrote again asking me to be patient, saying they would ship it sometime (they did not answer my question about why I had to wait). From this, I concluded that the other color is also out of stock and that I have to wait for the container full of suitcases to arrive at the port (probably from China).
So, I haven't received the bag yet, I can't comment on its quality, but their customer service is a big zero, that's for sure. They lie, they dodge questions, they don't answer questions, they just write some template response telling me to be patient.
I'll be patient for a little while longer, but if they don't ship the package soon, I'll start the refund process with PayPal to get my money back.
Update:
I received another tracking number from the company, saying that they had sent another suitcase to me (according to them). In my opinion, I received another tracking number, which means that they printed a DHL label, that's all. This happened two days ago, and the status of the package has not changed since then (surprise, surprise, the status of the older package has not changed in the past two weeks either, so we are still at the same point, with only the label printed, so now I can see on the package tracking page that nothing is happening with either shipment day after day. I wonder how long the person I'm corresponding with would be patient in my place (because that's what they always ask for).
Another day has passed, and still no change. I suspect that if the first package had been handed to someone who set off on foot toward me, it would have arrived within the past two weeks. I would find it funny if there weren't more than 200 euros involved in this deal.
Update: The replacement suitcase finally arrived. Fortunately, it was not damaged during shipping.
I wanted a cabin suitcase measuring 55x40x23 cm, but according to my own measurements, it is 56x39x23.4 cm, so it is slightly larger than it should be in two directions, but I will find out on my first trip whether they will allow it in the cabin.
Due to the delay, customer service first promised a 5% discount, then in another letter, a free gift box that matches the suitcase if I receive the package. Well, I received it, and I'm curious to see if they will honor any of their offers.
Update: According to my correspondence, the promised 5% refund and small gift will arrive at some point. All this without me reminding the company of their promise, so it was entirely on their own initiative. So, the initial 1 star rating ended up becoming 5 stars. The average rating is 3, as can be seen in the title. If they hadn't messed things up at the beginning, I might even have given them an excellent review. The suitcase itself looks good, by the way. We'll see how it performs in practice.
