Level8, you're worth the hype

I am a first time buyer of Level8. My initial orders were 1 Textured Luminous 20" carry-on and 2 Voyagers 26" check-in. I emailed Level8 in less than 24 hours to cancel the 2 Voyagers when I realized the handles will not fit the Travelkin luggage covers we already have at home. My honest mistake. It took them almost 2 days to respond and I had to explain further as to why I want to cancel, but the refund process was done just within few days and that was remarkable timeframe. The other order, the Textured Luminous 20" Carry-on arrived within a week. I really like the pickle green color, the sleek minimalist style and it's the perfect size. However, part of the pipings around the main zipper compartment was not sealed tightly and created a gapping aesthetically speaking. Having worked with Quality Control Dept for a family owned export bag factory overseas for many years before, this is considered a workmanship issue or defective item. I immediately contacted Level8 via several emails to resolve this quality issue. I expressed my disappointment of the quality, something I would not expect from all the hypes I heard about Level8 and especially at this price point. Level8 responded to my emails within a day to a day and a half, and they offered 3 different options for resolution. I chose to accept the $30 compensation refund for my inconvenience. It took another day or so for them to inform me via email that they processed the $30 refund and advised me to wait 10 business days for the refund to be posted back on my Credit Card. I do appreciate how Level8 handled my issue because to me, it shows how they value their customers, that I am NOT just another number to them, that my full satisfaction to their product matters, that my business counts. This is a very competitive market and I am truly grateful that we have companies like Level8 who stands up for their products and their good reputation. It is for this reason that I decided to give Level8 another chance and ordered 2 more luggages and 1 luggage cover. You might wonder "why" NOT 5 Stars? It is because it took several emails including follow up emails to get into this resolution and that took my time. But overall, I would recommend Level8 to my friends and family.

While the warranty process started out shaky for replacement parts to be sent, they understood the sensitive timing in the end and replaced the suitcase to solve the issue.
Excellent customer service and the suitcase is fabulous as well
Not only has my new Adventure 24 suitcase been well enjoyed on its first couple of journeys the customer service staff have been exceptional. Ordered the 28" and realized it was much to big for my needs. CS was very happy to exchange it for the 24" and covered the return shipping costs. I feel confident if my bag has any issues in the future the customer service at Level8 will be ready to assist.

I am based in Canada, I just got my 2 voyageur luggage. 28" and 30". Though i have not travel with them but will do in after Easter. I also bought covers for both. The luggage looks durable. My 28" has no strap belt to hold stuff down inside. 30" is limited in colour manufactured so your choice is limited. I had delay on my 30" so I will advise that you order on time if any one needs that.i also had courier logistics issues with 30" cover. I eventually got my orders in good form with consistent email with assistant of Mercy especially. Tina was a helpful too. But the most important thing here is that I think I am going to enjoy my level8 order.
100,000 miles and counting
My wife and I have traveled very hard over the past 20 years and have ruined many a luggage set. Then I did a deep dive into good quality luggage and found Level 8. We bought 2, 26 inch cases and 1 carry on. Since our purchase just 2 years ago, we have logged over 100,000 miles with this luggage and it has visited every continent to include Antarctica, or at least on the ship as we did landings. This luggage has held up and rolls with ease. Recently we had a 15 minute walk from the Sydney airport to our hotel. I would normally hire an uber or get a taxi but we walked due to how well Level 8 luggage rolls on any surface. Cobble stones in Europe, dirt paths in Uganda, sandy bits in Egypt, all with ease. I wouldn't say we abuse our luggage but inherently travel is tough on them.
We had one issue where a zipper broke. I contacted the company as I was unsure of what to do since this happened on our current trip where we won't be home for another 3 months. They asked that I find anyone who could fix it and they would cover the cost. No questions past that. I sent them an invoice ($20) from a cobbler and they promptly paid it thru my PayPal account. We weren't slowed down in the least. I cannot recommend Level 8 luggage more. We have had 3 sets of friends also purchase full sets and they love them.
Amazing luggage + even better customer service
I’ve been using Level8 carry-on luggage for the past six years, and I absolutely love it. As a frequent traveler (2–4 flights per month), having reliable luggage is essential for me, and Level8 has never let me down.
The suitcases are incredibly spacious, well-designed, and built with high-quality materials. The wheels are especially sturdy and smooth, which makes traveling so much easier, and the overall design is both sleek and practical.
What really stands out, though, is their customer support. Unfortunately, during one trip, my carry-on was damaged by airport staff and the retractable handle broke. I reached out to Level8, and their support team was amazing: quick, responsive, and genuinely caring. They handled everything efficiently and sent me a replacement for free.
This experience proved to me that their lifetime warranty truly delivers. It’s not just luggage, it’s a long-term investment you can rely on.

Level 8 customer service is second to none. I had a small issue with one of the luggage’s that were purchased firstly from them, and they did not hesitate to help me immediately. Their response and their resolution was very fast and what one would expect from any company.

We made great use of our Level 8 luggage in our trip to Europe. Unfortunately, when it's time to do our next trip, I forgot the code for the lock. When I tried to reset the code, the reset button would not go down. Since I bought my luggage in 2023, I wasn't sure whether it was still in warranty. When I contacted them via email and explained the problem, I received a reply right away and was asked to provide additional information. Within a day, I received another email saying they have mailed the replacement part. Replacement part came right away at no additional cost. Thank you Level8 for your prompt response and positive resolution. Excellent Customer Service!

The Level8 Voyageur Check-In (28'') is hands down the most durable luggage I’ve owned. As a frequent business traveler, I need gear that holds up, and this bag delivers (while consistently getting compliments!). Nice bag. More importantly, outstanding support + zero hassle resolution
I bought this bag in late 2023 and it worked perfectly until about a month ago, when the zipper broke. LEVEL8 covered the cost for me to take it to a luggage repair services company, but unfortunately the zipper failed again. At that point, they offered me a full refund without any hassle. Really impressed with how they handled everything. Great company with excellent customer support, and I’ll definitely continue using and recommending their luggage.
Damaged lock quickly replaced
After several successful uses, the combination lock malfunctioned. We communicated this issue to LEVEL8. They mailed us a new lock to replace the broken one. There was no charge. We are very pleased with the service and the luggage is very nice.

from the day one of using the luggage i was impressed by the fact that it is a unique design luggage due to the fact the wide handle bar. I have noticed few people were interested in my bag and it did stood out from the other bags. smooth wheels. overall, it is a great product. also, amazing product support. very responsive and helpful.
