From the moment I contacted Levelise to troubleshoot my battery storage issue. Kieran was great

Kieran was great, call was booked in after I had exhausted all other attempts to get back online. In just a few minutes, he sorted the connection issue and he was very clear with step by step troubleshooting. Thanks very much.

Getting back online

Had a big problem following a number of extended powercuts. Kieran was very helpful, trying to help me solve the issue. Took a month but eventually managed to get back online after having to purchase some new powerline adapters. He responded promptly to my email cry’s for help and was very patient.

Continuous support

The company watches my battery performance remotely so I don't need to bother about it. When the battery turned to faulty state (what I haven't noticed) they e-mailed me with very clear instructions what to do so it was easy to deal with the problem. Once it was sorted they investigated the reason and tried to change the settings (all remotely) to avoid similar problems in the future. The communication is very fast, instructions and explanations are clear. I feel safe and secured knowing somebody is constantly monitoring my battery installation

Levelise App

Levelise App.
I still find the Levelise App quite limited in terms of providing useful insights. Also not very user friendly compared to other solar apps, that seem to show better data visualisation and useful stats. I have seen other apps that do a much better job.

Levelise have totally let me down

Levelise have totally let me down. I have been trying for over a year to get in contact and speak to someone who can help me with connecting to there system to be able to get the money I have been generating since jan 2023.
I have tried emailing and filling in the contact me form to no avail repeatedly. I just get sent a generic email with instructions on how to connect I have followed to the letter everytime but still not showing as connected. I have changed my phone number but can not change on the app.

I have had problems with battery use by…

I have had problems with battery use by the grid , seems my battery that’s charged up during the day is held by grid for their own use at night which they don’t appear to use , then all I seem to get is a pound or so a month ! My battery wasn’t any benefit to me so when I stopped battery grid services Levelise stop the app being used be me terrible customer service

Solar System not connected ring with the app

I had an issue with my solar system not connecting to my app and the internet. I contacted the team at Levelise and Kieran came straight back with both a document and video link showing me how to reset the battery. All sorted and works perfectly again. Great service!

Supposed to get paid for energy…

Supposed to get paid for energy exported to the grid, so not received a penny. App totally confusing to make any sense of why I'm not making money out of them using my battery?.

The reply to my negative review from Levelise doesn't refer to my complaint? I know they are not a SEG company? They provided me with an agreement to sign up to them using my stored battery power to be traded back to the grid and paying to me my share of the proceeds on the 15th of each month? So far I have not benefited from this contract. Seems to me this company are all promises that do not deliver.

Useless App

If not having this app would be useless, then having it is next to useless!
The old app did everything you say you are trying to achieve, so why close the old app before getting a working replacement ready?

The old Social Energy app relied on unsupported technology that needed replacement before last Winter. When Levelise acquired Social Energy, our focus was on developing a new app that we could build on, prioritising savings reporting as requested by our customers.

Since the release of our app, we have been actively gathering customer feedback and prioritising the features that you, our users, have requested. Our development focus has been on increasing revenue opportunities, such as time-of-use optimisation that we have been trialling since January, and additional integration with energy tariffs to facilitate automation. Currently, our top priority is developing live monitoring, with the design phase nearly complete. If there are specific features you would like to see, please feel free to email us at support@levelise.com.

We are still waiting .

We are still waiting .. get the App sorted - even with live info there is zero way you can Monitor power production by the hour and once the day is over the info you provide is less than useful.

Seriously, how difficult is it to produce an app?
Maybe you need to find a better technical team.

Over half a year since Levelise took…

Over half a year since Levelise took over from Social Energy there is still no decent app showing live consumption despite the promises from Levelise. Very bad attitude towards the customers. Shame on you.

Excellent customer service

Rhyan helped me to solve an ongoing problem getting my battery to communicate with the internet.

Knowing I am not confident with Internet related issues he patiently helped me, using understandable language backed up with an illustrated photo, to resolve the problem.

After my initial email was answered he replied very promptly to several follow up queries.

Impressive.
