Responding quickly. We too frequently hit the button by accident performing simple tasks like changing or moving around. It is very sensitive causing you to contact us when all is fine here. Not sur... Ver más

I simply wanted to verify my next payment date which should be in June. I kept getting put on hold, with a 45-minute hold time. Totally Unacceptable!

Your customer personal were excellent. My issue was a refund of my order. I had to call at least call to say that I had sent my order the very next day I received it. They would not believe me. I know that I did that, and also mentioned to all that I did not even open the plastic bag the order was sent. I felt bad to return it and though that sending it that way it could be sed by someone else. I live in a building, maybe someone took it by mistake, I don't know what happened but I saw it the day before I sent it back. I talked to many wonderful people on customer service who tried to help me but it took at least 3 months that I finally received almost the whole amount back. I would try to talk to a Supervisor but was not transferred to one. I still have to say that your Customer service employees are excellent but the service of fund of my refund was really terrible..... really sorry .

This company keep trying to charge me for an adjustment they were supposed to do on my account and keeps calling every time to ask me to update my credit card card, so my account is closed now. I won’t recommend Lifeline to anyone.

Only have one issue, user gets several calls a week, even if hasn’t pushed pendant. So must be too sensitive. Talked with customer service and we are trying couple adjustments. Cust serv very helpful

Do not like the wrist band monitor. It is too large for my elderly mother and she being 97 does not like the color. Appears cheap for the price we pay. It was sent in the mail and we had no idea why it came. Better communication would be helpful
