On 05/12/26 our mom pendant went off during the night and they couldnt reach her and they called me at 3:30 in the morning and I went and checked on her she was fine just rolled over and accidentally hit the button

What went wrong? Let me share. I ordered it, paid for it, then called and canceled all within 4 days. I returned it the day that it came in at the Post Office. Yes... i sent it back the same day, they received it back within a week. I paid a 105.16. They refunded me $55.21. Never even opened the package! I was told on the phone, by a billing specialist I would receive a total refund... she fibbed! Will not recommend to anyone!!!
Trustpilot sent me an email stating Life line needed more information or they may not recognize this issue... well what more can I say? The product was ordered, cacelled, arrived, shipped back same day and less than 1/2 of what I paid for rental service for a 1 month per was refunded. I was assured I'd be refunded the full amount because it was canceled and never opened. I cannot get anymore clear than this!! So recognize this review or don't, my money still wasn't reimbursed as promised.
I have used it twice. Each time I got the help I needed.thanks for sharing this life saving invention.

I started getting robocalls at 6 AM claiming I owe money. But when I phoned (after endless time on hold) I found I owe nothing. Still, more robocalls. Finally, I cancelled my account and sent in my equipment, which was acknowledged. But they still demand money and I just got another robocall. NEVER do business with these crooks!

I touch my lifeline in error I was alerted by A.I. that someone would be right me. Wrong I waited 10 minutes sitting on my walker in the hallway because A.I. or anybody CAN NOT hear me. My house is only 1074 sq ft. So I got tired hit the rebar button and it said Thank You. If this was a real emergency I would be DEAD. Thank you very much. I presume that I am fired from LIFELINE ??? I have a credit on my A.E.

My wife had a fall and cut her head. It took a while to get a person to speak with and then at times I could not understand that person. Ie, to answer the question is the door unlocked? I need to know first that rescue is on the way and I just didn't hear that. I was holding a towel on her to control the bleeding.
When someone is bleeding response time is very important.

I've had some trouble opting out of price lock and keep getting billed an extra $10. Also I've never been told you were not be alerted if I fell from a seated position.

My parents had Lifeline (two devices) that I arranged for them. The service worked fine the couple of times they used it. The app is terrible. The ONLY feature of the app is that I got an alert when they made a call - that's it. My biggest issue with the service was cancelling it. It was almost a scam process to cancel the service. First, the devices had to be returned in separate boxes-why? Second, they had to be turned off, which was nearly impossible (cell phone devices). Their instructions were wrong and Google searches were not helpful. I eventually figured out by brute force. Then, returning the devices did NOT automatically cancel the service. I called to verify devices were received but they kept charging my parents. Then my parents got a past due notice. Then after MULTIPLE phone calls I believe the service has finally been cancelled and past due removed. It felt like complete incompetence at a minimum, but worse than that it felt intentional and scammy to increase revenue.

My mother had this service for 5 years. The system worked when needed. My mother needed to cancel the service because her situation changed. We called and cancelled the service and requested a return label to get the equipment back to them. After 3 months have gone by, she gets a bill in the mail for $119.73 saying they never received the equipment. After waiting on hold for almost an hour I finally talk to someone. They start by saying they never received the equipment, and the bill is now 153.00. I find the Fed-Ex receipt with a received by signature and then they say we didn't pay for Dec., Jan., or Feb. but we only owe 39.91. I told them to send a detailed statement. We'll see what that looks like. Lifeline is basically using predatory billing practices on my mom. A very vague statement with no detail in the hopes that she'll just pay it. They should be ashamed of themselves

I made an appointment with Lifeline Collection service. I explained that I had a perfect mahogany table and and 6 colonial chairs The table perfect and 3 chairs painted, 3 ready to be painted.
The young boys arrived this morning went over table with a fine tooth comb, it was O.K, the chairs not satisfied that 3 had not been painted, which I had explained. The young person said he would not be taking the chairs and also refused the table because it was not a set!! And they would not be able to sell because it was not a set. Are they after brand new items still boxed, I thought it was a opportunity shop sorry, somebody missed out on a beautiful table and the chairs very stong and in perfect condition other than 3 need a paint.
