Great service from this company. I had a query about compatibility with some of their older models and it was answered very quickly. Also very fast delivery.

Good communication and product
Delivery was quick, however my CO2 alarm was faulty (switch was broken on the back). I called customer service who were helpful and asked me to send images of the faulty unit. Once that was sorted a replacement was sent out quickly. While on the phone I asked about the wireless unit which I’d also bought to monitor my alarms through the app. The instructions in the app aren’t particularly clear and it took the explanation over the phone to fix it. For those two issues a star is lost. Otherwise a great experience and helpful customer support.

Brilliant customer service
I ordered 2 sets of interlinked alarms recently they arrived really quickly. I got someone to fit them for me and that was very quick and easy to do. They were already linked and worked as soon as they were fitted. I had a question to ask the company so I e-mailed them and literally within seconds they phoned me and answered my question. Very happy with the customer service and product.

I wanted a fire alarm which would detect in my detached garage (where I charge my EV) and alarm in my house. the small house package from LINKD alarms was easy to install and works well.
