Wow!
Almost can’t believe how quickly my ‘issue’ was dealt with.
I bought two bird feeders, which turned out to be faulty. I sent photos for proof and my mail was acknowledged immediately. Received a refund the date after…..Wow!
I think we are accustomed nowadays to having to fight when there is a problem so was delighted with LGB’s attitude to this.

I have always been very satisfied with your service. I order quite a lot of Niger seed to enable me to claim
Free Delivery, which I have received every time. However when placing my order I was refused this - the
reason being that I was outwith the free delivery area.
The delivery driver could not understand why I had been charged delivery.
