Good product at the best price, and quick delivery.

Good product selection, but poor customer service from day 1 - have spent over £260 in last 2 months, consistent issues with alleged discounted items (available full price) not being available at their promoted discounted price, when issue raised with co... 1) told *I* must prove issue; 2) when provided screenshot/proof, I had 'promotional discounts' *MANSPLAINED* tho I'm marketing pro myself (ret.), 3) had to further clarify the issue for staff member, who grudgingly apologised (for not understanding/listening?) & told me to re-do order.
The alleged 'stock issue' being resolved, i tried again (1wk later), but still no joy. It was *not* about the measly discount, it was all about *ease of use of their site & *how they handled problems - BIG FAT FAIL IN ALL CASES - moved my business to a more reliable supplier Ivel Valley, in hope that they will give a damn & listen when customer flags up a *systemic* website issue.

I have obtained my supplies for feeding the birds for a considerable time and have never been disappointed with the quality and price from this supplier. I will continue to do so.
