Luscombe’s sales representative Joe Plunkett was both helpful and attentive. He listened to our requirements and provided valuable information to inform our decision. There was no pressure to buy. We left the showroom to reflect on the purchase and visited competitors. We contacted Joe twice more to gain further information, and again questions were answered without askin for. Commitment to buy. We bough a car from Luscombes with no hassle.

Dealing with Nathan to purchase our new MG ZS HYBRID + has been the easiest purchase I have ever made. The car was bought over the phone as we were on an extended holiday in Spain, nothing was too much trouble for him. The handover was very comprehensive and again his patience and care was really appreciated.

Just bought a new MG HS trophy,I had the pleasure of dealing with ash and wow just wow what a great man nothing to much and made the whole experience of buying a car most enjoyable.So a big thankyou ash.

I thought I was being looked after nicely when I bought my car,let's face it it's always expected when buying a car the true measure of a company is in its after sales...well I've experienced it twice now and it has been absolutely amazing. I know service techs do a 'walk round' video but mine showed the detailed checks on the brake pads, tyres etc, not only helpful but very reassuring that they had been carried out,and correctly. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, put your trust in them, you won't regret a minute of your decision.

I recently purchased an 18 month old second-hand car from Luscombe, after my car was stolen. Ash went above and beyond to make sure that the process was as seamless as possible, offering flexibility around collection date and time, and providing me with a courtesy car in between purchasing the car and collection. The experience for me was completely different from previous car buying experience, and I felt welcomed, listened to and supported to choose the car that was right for me. I wasn't pushed at all towards more expensive cars, and was given time and space to think about whether I wanted each of the optional add ons. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from this garage in the future.

Levita was so helpful and friendly throughout the whole process of buying and collecting the car - she took me through the whole process very smoothly and even picked me up from the station when I came to collect the car. I recently changed my car and I've never been a customer of Luscombe’s Leeds before, but I’ll definitely buy from them again. Brilliant customer experience from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble for their sales and service teams - this is how buying a car should be - stress free! Unpressurised and enjoyable buying experience, a proper test drive, correct valuation for my part exchange, easy online paperwork and the handover on collection day was spot on. My new car was cleaned and valeted brilliantly, they even topped up the fuel tank! Looking for a quality car, then go and talk to Andrew Jones on the sales team - I received a first-class service from him.

Just went in to have a look around and wanted some help. Was approached by Sam Jackson who talked me through some options. Took into consideration budget and expectations and was great without being pushy. Love my new car and would absolutely deal with Sam again.

We travelled nearly 90 miles each way to buy a car.....twice!
I have just bought a brand new MG HS from Andy M at Luscombe because he was so good when my husband bought a car from him last year.
We do our research when looking for a car and are prepared to travel to get a good deal. on our first trip last year, we had already visited one garage but didn't feel we had the best trade in offer for my husband's car. Having journeyed on to Leeds, we met Andy M in the MG showroom. He was honest, open and welcoming. He was transparent throughout the process and we felt really well looked after. Andy M kept us up to date with the delivery as well has having a great sense of humour. He gave my husband the price he was expecting for trade in. All in all, he couldn't have done any more for us.

Fast forward to March this year. I decided to change my car ahead of the summer and wanted to buy a new MG. We didn't consider going anywhere else and turned up on a Sunday morning and made a beeline for Andy M. Again, he was fantastic and gave us a good trade in price for my car. My new car is just amazing and I love it to bits. Part of that is the experience of buying from Andy M. I can't praise or recommend him enough - I have been able to call him at any time and he has happily kept me up to date on delivery and availability for collection. He even put in enough petrol to get us home yesterday - another 90 miles!

If you want to buy a car, I would definitely recommend Luscombes at Leeds, but further than that, I would say that you should go into the showroom and turn right - Andy M's desk in the corner, next to the MG Cyberster. He's a a lovely man and we have a lot to thank him for!

There were no pressure sales tactics. Just good advice on the type of car I required. Andy Jones in particular at Luscombe MG Leeds was brilliant. He talked me through everything in the car on collection. Very happy with the service. Thoroughly recommend them.
