Just to clarify, you first contacted us on Saturday, 5th July at 10:15pm, and we responded the very next day on Saturday, 6th July, providing you with the returns label and instructions. We have now received your return, and your refund is being processed.

Terrible 😔 Slow 🦥
Delivery was 1 week late from the time stated which was 'Next Day Delivery ',
1 product which I purchased for £59.99 hasn't been delivered yet. Did get an email notifying me that it would be a 1 to 2 week delay for delivery. Which would make the overall delivery time 3 weeks. Also I haven't received a free gift which was supposed to be sent with my other purchases.
To be honest I am disappointed with the service which is reflected on the overall rating I have given Luxsy.
Hopefully the other products will be sent ASAP.

Just to clarify, we did inform you via email that one of your items was a made-to-order piece with a production time of 7-10 days, which is why there was a delay. We're pleased to see that the item has now successfully arrived.
The free gift was included with the delayed product, as we wanted everything to arrive together in one package.
We understand delays can be frustrating and really appreciate your patience. Your feedback helps us improve, and we hope to provide a smoother experience next time.

Outstanding service and Quality
I’ve been a customer for years and the quality has always been top-notch. I recently ordered a Palestine Flag pendant and asked about buying an extra chain for an older pendant. They kindly included it for free—such a thoughtful gesture! Amazing products and even better customer service. Highly recommend!

Great Customer Service
I made a complaint regarding a Christmas present from my daughter as two bangles were faulty, I received emails from Luxsy and they told me that I could keep the faulty bangles as they did not have replacements but they would send me another type of bracelet for free.I was so pleased with the service and the emails keeping me in touch with my complaint would certainly recommend this company .

Beautiful pieces and speedy customer service

Luxsyjewels had an amazing customer service always keeping me updated on my custom jewellery order. The jewellery arrived today and i couldnt be happier! Amazing packaging, quick delivery, and not to mention the amazing quality of the actual jewellery for an affordable price.
