However, once you contacted us we got this issue resolved the same day and sorted the issue. You seemed pleased with the service and our prompt response at the time. Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, sent multiple emails all have been ignored. I sent back my ring weeks ago as it was turning my finger green they said they be happy to resolve the issue but no surprise I’ve had no refund OR replacement ring. Never purchasing from them again. Save your money or shop elsewhere 👎 UPDATE: (also they only replied about the issue AFTER receiving a bad review so you can tell from that what they really care about and it’s not the customers ) 14/4/2023
