Great accomodation and position on beachfront at Torcross. Could see and hear waves lapping up on beach - amazing view! Good sized apartment and very clean and tidy with all facilities and included jacuzzi parking space included as well. Would book again. Excellent communications as well.

Such an easy booking process. Easy to use website. Very informative.

Booking experience was easy enough but haven’t stayed in the cottage yet so not really able to comment - although the monetising of the breakage deposit and cancellation insurance a bit irritating.

Best holiday booking company, easy booking process and staff always helpful

There has just been a murder at the house! The house had a fire! The main sewage pipe burst, and the house is flooded with excrement.
These are some reasons that I’d consider it reasonable to cancel a booking with 1 weeks’ notice. I don’t know but I hope none of these are true.
More likely reasons to cancel with 1 week to go:
1. Selling something that doesn’t exist, AI is pretty good at generating images. In some of these photo’s colours switch from blue to green, I’d seen this but thought it was probably just a trick of the light.
2. Being unprofessional, hoping that work is going to be finished in time. Local Authority not signed off, double booking, furniture delayed. All these things a professional host should be aware of.
When I got the cancellation notice at 16:50 on the Friday a week before our holiday I asked what the problem was but wasn’t told. The professional host used the 7-year-old get out of jail ‘it wasn’t me!’ In their words, “As this property is a new property on with us, unfortunately they have run into some issues that need to be rectified in order to host guests.”
I will avoid Luxury Coastal in future and if I owned a holiday home I’d avoid them as professional hosts as well. Unfortunately, Airbnb allows this kind speculative behaviour by its hosts while allowing hosts to give no flexibility to it people looking to rent. Unless that changes this kind of exceptionally bad customer service will continue.
P.S. Just to create more upset Airbnb told me I was entitled to a £692 rebooking credit but then refused to make good on it as Luxury Coastal had not processed the cancellation properly as I’d requested when I’d rebooked a second property.
I hardly ever do bad reviews but I’m so let down.

We have booked at the last minute but everything we need has been sent through straight away, details of the apartment and parking, the codes that we need. Very impressed with the promptness.

This is the second holiday I’ve booked with Luxury Coastal. Their properties are fantastic and the whole booking process is very easy. Their properties are also very well managed and maintained. The customer service is great, I had to amend my booking and Nicola was great, very helpful and understanding. I will be booking with them again.

I had an issue with my booking on line (my fault!) called the number, which was well displayed (not usually the case - most companies these days don’t like TALKING!)
Spoke with a VERY helpful professional lady who resolved my issue, sorted payment and even gave me a discount! Thank you!

We stayed at Redshank in Looe. The house was perfect for us as we were a party of adults and three dogs. Everything was sparkling clean and all furniture was in excellent condition Even though we had lovely weather the games room and cinema room were still well used as they were great places to socialise in the evening. There is a lot of glass so it might get a bit toasty in the living/dining area if we experience another heatwave. But views are spectacular!
Would recommend.

Fab easy to use booking system

We’ve just returned from a 2 week stay at Redshank in Looe. What a beautiful property with everything you need - and so much more. The views from the balconies in most rooms is amazing and we spent many an hour watching the tides come and go! We were unfortunate to experience an extremely rare heatwave but the cinema room was a perfect cool place to escape to! Nothing was too much trouble for the owner Peter, who was very quick to rectify any issues we had or provide local knowledge, as was the local representative, Giselle.

We would have absolutely no hesitation recommending this property - it is stunning!

The walk up to the appartment then 38 steps down and then up to tha appartment not suitiable for people with walking difficulites. Staff very plesent when booking But not so when you want to complain she was quit rude and would not listen to me. Will not book with
them again
