Wonderful quality, the fibres aren't as rigid as it might seem. The measurements came back perfectly and good instructions for care. From order to delivery it will take ca. 6-8 weeks.

Quality service and product. This company clearly takes its business seriously - double-checked to make sure my dimensions were correct, really prompt delivery and comprehensive care instructions provided with my coir mat.

I bought some coir mats supplied and cut to the size I requested. I am very pleased with the product and for the speedy service provided. All was as I expected.

Communication prior to delivery was sparse.

Ordered two Royal Rectangular Outdoor Rubber Doormats. Online ordering process was easy. There was good communication from the company and from its delivery partner company keeping me informed regarding the status of my order. Delivery was quick.

The Doormat is exactly as it appears on the website - nice design, good size, seems good quality and looks good in situ. Very pleased with my purchase.

Very impressed with this company! Firstly the product is exactly as described, and a reasonable price. Secondly, it was cut to custom size and delivered rapidly (order placed Friday afternoon & item delivered midday Monday!). Thirdly and most importantly, the customer service is top notch. I had requested an unusual size, so I had an email and then a phone call from the very polite people at 'Make an Entrance' to double check my measurement before cutting to size.

Most helpful in giving advice about measuring up before ordering. The mat was to go into a well, surrounded by rather uneven, old slate flags. We are delighted with the beautifully made, one off mat which solves a tricky problem!

Ordered two mats at the beginning of May and quickly received email from delivery service that they had received notification of my order. Towards the middle of the month I contacted Customer Services having received nothing pertaining to my order. I was told that there had been problems (apparently I should have received a email re this), but that the mats would be sent by business class at no extra cost within a couple of days. No mats arrived. Following a further telephone call, compensation was offered and the mats arrived on the 30th May.

I am of the view that the overall service offered is somewhat chaotic but have to acknowledge that the mats are of good quality and well made.

We have used this company a number of times and been delighted with the quality of the product, the accuracy of the dimensions (essential when fitting a a recess in the floor) and the speed of delivery.
Just a bit irritated by the bombardment of e-mails from DHL advising on progress of delivery. All a bit unnecessary.
