Emma and Elizabeth are absolutely good at what they do. We'd previously been told by 4 different mortgage advisors that we wouldn't be able to get any offers because my wife was a bank staff and was on maternity leave. Myself and my daughter recently applied for a Buy to Let mortgage through Manning Stainton.
Steve McConville was our Mortgage Advisor and found us various mortgage products for consideration.
Steve advised us which of these products would be best for our circumstances which had quite a lot of challenges. Steve was very professional and friendly throughout the process and we felt he gave us a great deal of guidance in making our final decision.
Once we had chosen our mortgage product Mohammed Shoaib (Steve’s Right Hand Man) supported and advised us throughout the process. He was attentive, polite and professional and replied to all of our e-mails in a timely manner.
Steve McConville gave us further advice regarding Life Insurance, Income Protection and House Insurance and made the whole process very easy for us.

As a 1st time buyer I was a bit worried about securing a mortgage. MAB made it so easy, and with Nathaniel and Lucy both sorting it out for me, as well as keeping me informed and up to date on everything, it was a load off my mind. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I couldn’t recommend Steve McConville more! He recently helped me source a buy-to-let mortgage and was fantastic throughout, ensuring we secured the best rate for my situation. My contact with MAB started with Giles Nightingale. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When he went on leave my case was proactively taken over by another excellent advisor Vicky Alexander who is supported by equally helpful Dominic Challinor. A special shout out to Vicky as she was super supportive all through the process. My case was a little difficult but Vicky was able to get me one of the best rates in the market. I would definitely refer them to my friends and family.
