Quick and easy to use

Had to phone help line to add daughter to my upcoming policy,
Person on the phone was polite and helpful, going through my policy again to make sure everything was in order.

Earlier this year we cancelled our policy with Motor Vision Insurance and received an email confirming that we owed nothing.

Several months later, we started receiving texts, emails and calls from debt collectors saying we had an outstanding balance. After making numerous calls and trying to get to the bottom of it, we were eventually told that it was a clerical error on Motor Vision’s part.

We were told that, because the error was theirs, the amount they were claiming we owed (which was actually more than the original amount) would be waived. However, we were still expected to pay the debt collection company £50!

We have never missed a payment and, had we been correctly informed when the policy was cancelled, none of this would have happened in the first place.

The whole situation was extremely frustrating and caused unnecessary stress. We received no apology, just attitude so unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend Motor Vision Insurance.

It was really easy to take the insurance out. Plus there is an app that you can keep track of everything

....the quote I accepted had gone up considerably the following day when my new bank card had been activated, and just to rub salt into the wound the price on the certificate of insurance was the lower one.....
