Didn't have to contact the company but my policy covered all my needs for the first year at a great price. I haven't given 5 stars because I felt the renewal price increase was a bit excessive.

Difficulty contacting the underwriter, let alone the actual insurer.
The phone number did eventually appear on the chat but I had already posted a review. When I wanted to make a claim for a breakdown, they cut me off, but that is another story.

The price was very good but as a pensioner is struggle finding all of the policy's information and as my printer is on the way out failed to print my certificate of insurance.yourchat bot is not fit for purpose but once we got through to a agent we sorted out what I was buying.also supply a contact number so the customer can talk to a human. Also if this was in place I would not have hesitated so long in renewing my policy. Again supply a contact number and you win win again thanks.
