Customer service team access was easy…
Customer service team access was easy via WhatsApp messaging service as I had noticed all my policy documents had disappeared just before the policy was about to start. Unfortunately dropped a star because I wasn’t notified of an issue with some of the information I supplied wasn’t enough, they needed additional details. If I hadn’t noticed this was my policy invalid ??
They quickly resolved the issue and all was okay.
