Mresell was a great place to get my MacBook from! My Mac came in pristine condition, it was clean and was delivered very quickly! Highly recommend!

The experience was positive. The only thing preventing a 5 star rating is that there was a slight issue with payment. 10 days after being informed that the payment had been processed, it still hasn’t arrived in my bank account. The customer service via web chat was very good and, having informed me that they would have the finance dept look I to it they soon let me know that there had been some problem with the payment and that they had reissued it. The payment was in my account 2 days later.

I expect this was an unusual occurrence and overall the service and experience was excellent.

Efficient process, fair price, all well handled. Much better value than the official Apple trade-in, and efficient process that beats trying to sell directly. Recommended.

Came very fast, not in original packaging but came well packed. Phone in good condition but one small deep scratch at the top of the phone.
The phone came with a very low battery health, close to the 80% mark which means it will not last very long before I need to pay out for a replacement.

Great service. No hassle and quick delivery. The phone is like new.

DO NOT SEND any items to them! They will RIP YOU RIGHT OFF!
First, I am not sure if all the reviews on trustshop are genuine, I tried to leave a review, it's impossible to do so!
I got an online valuation of £625 for my Mac book, sent it over to Sweden, then got a 'revised' quote of £425!! reason: battery failure!!! A total of £200 reduction in price for a Mac that is in MINT condition! If you want it back it's a £35 fee! so you either take the bullet or pay £35 and risk not having your Mac back in the condition you sent to them!

Either way, you are the looser!

DON'T be stupid like me! I was tempted by the high valuation!

Have experienced a problem with the order and they are EXTREMELY difficult to get hold of. Their phone number isn't manned so it's just a useles answering machine, and e-mails aren't responded to.

The prices offered are enticing but it simply isn't worth it when their customer service is not existent.
