I had a small problem with one of the boots that I bought and when I contacted muck boot for help they couldn’t have been more helpful.
Unbelievably fast,helpful and courteous and resolved the issue with no hassle to myself I could not recommend them highly enough.

Sorry - nie mehr wieder Muck Boots
Ich hatte für mich und meine Frau Duck Lace Up Boots um insgesamt EUR 172 bestellt, in den Größen 7 und 9, die wir auch bei unseren Muck Boots Chore haben. Die Duck Boots waren aber zu klein. Daher sendete ich sie zurück. Dafür musste ich ca. 50 Euro Portogebühren bezahlen - obwohl ich durchaus bereit gewesen wäre, größere zu bestellen. Aber diese Option wurde mir gar nicht angeboten.
Sorry, so geht das nicht. Fast ein Drittel des Gesamtpreises alleine für die Rücksendung sind viel zu viel. Das ist für mich Kundenvertreibung. Daher: Nie mehr wieder Muck Boots.

Stiefel bestellt, per Kreditkarte bezahlt, Bestellbestätigung etc. bekommen und dann nach 2 Wochen eine kommentarlose Mail bekommen, das der bezahlte Betrag rückerstattet wird.

Die Schuhe passten leider nicht und wir wollten sie umtauschen. Leider war nur Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten möglich mit Ausfüllen von Zollpapieren und 23€ DHL kosten nach England.

I Had to return the boots,to small. When purchesd everything was in German so I expected to return within Germany.But wrong I had to pay 29,90E to return to the UK.
I consider this robbery!!!!!!!
Since over 25 years I and my Family always had Muck Boots.Never again!

Die Schuhe sind sehr gut
Die Schuhe sind sehr gut. Sie sind wasserdicht und sehr bequem. Der Kundendienst bei benötigter Unterstützung sowie die Rückmeldung sind sehr gut und schnell. Wir werden immer wieder bestellen und sind sehr begeistert. Schuhe einwandfrei und Kundendienst bestens! 🫶
Lediglich bei Rücksendungen sind die Kosten sehr hoch. Was aber wahrscheinlich ein grundsätzliches Problem ist, da außerhalb der EU.

My favourite boots
I have been wearing Muck Boots for years and am very satisfied. Last year I wanted to order another pair of my favorite model, but it was no longer in stock. Now the customer service has proactively informed me that it is available to order again. Great!
