The Shopping to germany is very expensive. The Boots are comfortable.

Der Bestellprozess ist umständlich.
Dann hatte ich ein Paar Stiefel geordert in Größe 10.was mir nach dem Messen vorgeschlagen wurde. Jetzt habe ich ein Paar bestellt, das die Größe 9 hat, was aber sehr knapp ist.
Jetzt müsste ich für Rücksendung ca. EUR 30,00 bezahlen, wenn ich das umtauschen würde. Dabei bin ich verunsichert, was die Größe betrifft und behalte einfach die Schuhe.

Lieferung war sehr schnell und gut verpackt. Erteindruck der Qualität, sehr gut. Mehr zeigt erst der Langzeittest.

Excellent service

The possibility to return a product is extremely limited, at least from Germany. The website clearly had an issue, as there was no information available on how to return a product. The deadlines for returns are very short, and the customer has to handle the entire return process on their own. Inquiries with customer service were also disappointing, as they kept referring to the faulty website. I cannot recommend this at all.

This is my 2nd pair, 1st pair still going strong just wanted a different colour & height of boot.

Poor communication with customer service. Eventually resolved but the effort I felt was pretty much all my end.

The service is always good & the boots too.
I have arthritis in my feet and I struggle to find footwear which is comfortable and can fit my bespoke orthotic inserts.
I have a campsite in Normandy so wear my boots 300 days a year.
I buy Arctic sports every time but sadly this time they are a little smaller so not as comfortable. Rather disappointing

The boots are great, but the shipping policy to EU is very bad if you have to return any item…

Boots gekauft, fast vier Wochen ergebnislos auf die Ware gewartet, die sich inzwischen von selbst retourniert hat und jetzt warte ich auf die Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises. Auf den horrenden Versandkosten bleibe ich wahrscheinlich sitzen. Schlechter kann ein Kauf nicht laufen. Schade.

Ich habe die ersten Stiefel ( ich hatte mich in einem England Besuch darin verliebt bei meiner Freundin)eine Nummer zu klein bestellt , es stand zwar überall , dass ich die Stiefel zurück schicken kann, da die email Adresse muckboots.de lautet , bin ich nicht davon ausgegangen dass ich die Stiefel für ein Porto von 30€ nach England zurück schicken musste , das fand ich sehr unangemessen. Die Rückerstattung des Geldes ging aber sehr problemlos.Trotzdem habe ich mir noch einmal welche bestellt, diese passen jetzt gut , aber die Sohlen sind sichtbar ungleich angebracht (eine ist vorne weiter hoch gezogen ) da die Stiefel jetzt aber passen, waren mir die erneuten 30€ jedoch zu teuer für die Reklamation. Jedoch für sie: Stiefel für 144€ im so toller Qualität müssen gleich aussehen !

It was not obvious, that ist costs 29,99 € to send it back. I was not ovious, that it comes from the UK.
If had known, i would not have bought them!!!

Love my muckboots! Great quality and a very wide range to choose from.

The shoe was much too big despite accurate measurements.
i am still waiting for a refund of the return.
