Stay away from these people. They will take your money, then you are going to wait forever for the delivery, they will deliver defective broken items and good luck trying to return them. They do not respond to emails. When you call them and if someone finally picks up, they say they will take a message and someone will call you back right away. No one ever calls you back. When you call again, they tell you the same thing. After sending at least 7 emails and 3 phone calls asking to return the defective order, I had to get my bank involved. I finally got a response from them 3 weeks later informing me there's a 25% restocking fee on returning a defective broken item. Save your time, nerves, and money and give your business to a trusted provider, not those bandits. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

Recently purchase a New home and I need a lot of furniture to fill up my new house, been searching and comparing prices online for weeks… I decided to go with Muuduu basic on the location (they are really close to where I live) and the price (the lowest price you can find online).
Dan is a very hardworking and responsive person, he got my furniture delivered on time and took care of any imperfections on items.
I only have 1 suggestion—Muuduu could hire more “customer care reps” to take care of daily orders and phone calls, although they always return phone calls, they just don’t have enough people to handle such a busy place.
Overall, I was really pleased with the services and the quality of furniture that Muuduu has to offer and that's the reason for keep me coming back for more furniture :)

I ordered one bed and 2 night stands from Muuduu furniture on 06/04/17, and paid right away by credit card Discover. Order #185048. After I paid this store never delivers NOR reponse to email or phone. We need to keep calling the WORSE customer service and they are so mean and put me on hold about 30 to 40 minutes. Mr. Chris lied to me that next week items will deliver to you but never never. This store Scam and fraud to get money and done deal. Finally I was advised from my friends to call Discover card for help on 07/31/17. This is SCAM, SCAM and FRAUD, FRAUD.

I would like to appeal to all cumstomers who have probleme liike come and joint CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT and ask the judge to order and close this BAD store as soon as possible.

Furniture quality is what you'd expect for the very low prices. On par with Ikea, but the style is nice. What's really bad is that when one of my items was on back order, I waited a few months and then finally gave up. They emailed me a copy of my refund check (it was so long, they wouldn't use PayPal) but NEVER MAILED IT! Don't trust these people. They ripped me off and refuse to refund what they admit they owe me.

Thanks guys for everything. I was able to furnish my new apt in no time. My assembler was too polite and courteous. By far this has been the best furniture buying experience I have for years. Thanks again for accommodating my tight schedule.

This company in a total fraud.

Great service! The products came as pictures. We are very pleased with solid quality for the price we are paying. Excellent product.

We placed our order in March. Once it arrived mid April, it arrived DAMAGED/BROKEN. I called immediately. It's now JUNE and it has NOT been replaced. I will never use them again.

I loved the service! Excellent quality furniture...we got bunk beds for our kids and they are very very sturdy. Quick delivery, assembled even though they don't usually do that unless you ask at the time of purchase. We'll definitely do business here again.

I had never heard of Muuduu before, so it seemed like a bit of a risk to buy couches and a bed from them, without first being able to try them out. I'm so glad I took that risk!! The couches I bought are SO comfortable and were very easy to assemble (they also look great...I am getting tons of compliments!). The bed I bought is very sturdy and looks super fashionable. The price was also unbeatable (I still can't believe how cheap, but high quality they are). I live outside of California, and even with freight shipping, the couches were still cheaper than anything I could have bought anywhere else. Ordering was also very simple and straightforward. I recommend Muuduu furniture to everyone shopping for furniture!

BE AWARE! Don't make the same mistake I did. Before you order check their status with the BBB The sent me a power recliner that didn't work. I tried for months to get them to replace it which they told me they were going to do time after time. They eventually put me off for so long that they then told me it was past the warranty. What a rip off!!!

I had to call Muuduu multiple times about my order status - first about delivery (which they then missed and had to reschedule for 2 weeks later), and second about a back-ordered item that I was not informed about until calling. The pricing is great, but not worth the hassle.

Customer service sucks they don't call back not do they answer the phone. Forgot to put 7 of the 8 items bought on the delivery truck placed the order 4/24 and I've received 1 of 8 items. Lost a days pay cause they didn't even come on the day they said they would. Instead they came Sunday at 639am to tell me only 1 of my items was on the truck

Super shady -- they kept changing their minds about whether they deliver or not, whether they set up or not. Called night before scheduled delivery and gave a very unreasonable slot, and wouldn't budge on it. Furniture also arrived lightly damaged -- we just gave up and didn't contact them since their customer service was such a nightmare. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE UNLESS YOU ARE LOCAL.

Only good thing is that prices are lower than competitors. But seriously not sure if it's worth it

Great service beautiful's furniture

The item I bought is wonderful. Had to call them a few times to get delivery but worth the wait.

Was never clear about shipping from the start so it took over 2 months to receive the table. Even then they called me on a Sunday and the delivery driver was frustrated when I wasn't there. Overall this was a big mess and I will never be using this company again!
