I had a very disappointing experience with MyDreamFlight.

I was quoted £2,899.56 for return Business Class flights to Japan and paid a £150 deposit to secure the booking. Within the agreed timeframe, I attempted to complete payment, only to be told that the Business Class flights were no longer available. Instead, I was offered a downgraded itinerary (Premium Economy one way / Business the other) or to pay significantly more to get the same service requested in the first place.

To make matters worse, they refused to refund my deposit and dismissed my concerns, relying on vague terms about fare changes that were never clearly explained at the time of booking. Offering a restrictive voucher instead of a proper refund or compensation is not an acceptable solution.

Overall, this felt misleading and unprofessional. A quote followed by a deposit should mean something—otherwise, it’s just a bait-and-switch.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking with this company.

They were able to explain all the necessary steps to booking the tickets. Ayan was able to update us of any changes during the process

Armaan gave me excellent customer service and was impressively patient and thorough. He stayed on the phone with me for over an hour to ensure that I got exactly what I required. He also found me the cheapest possible ticket, was Polite and professional throughout. Really grateful and I definitely highly recommend my dream flights, especially under Armaam’s service.

I’ve tried so many flights booking platforms but to honest with you mydreamflight stands out. Especially when it comes to customer services, Shayan is the name to be trusted. This guy gave value for my money he was always calm and collected when dealing with me. I will always choose mydreamflight above others. And whenever you call ask for Shayan he’s the best.

Finally booked a reasonably priced flight.
Be careful not to miss your notice time to call back & book I missed it by 50 mins and lost the deal, my advice would be book and pay for there & then!
Shayan was helpful and eventually found a flight although £200 more than the one I reserved initially!

I have to come on here again and write another review for this terrible travel agent. After I had submitted my first Negat review on my honest experience after being threatened multiple times it has to be deleted on my flight has been cancelled. I am again being contracted over two weeks after I have landed and finished with the booking to remove my review. Being constantly bombarded over phone call and WhatsApp messages is not appreciated after I have already had a negative experience with the company. I hope no one waste their time no money with this agent.
My agent’s name was Shyam and they were extremely aggressive and they were the one who kept on messaging me on WhatsApp demanding me to delete the prior review.

I strongly advise people to be very careful when dealing with this company. The 5 stars reviews are all lies, Read all the 1 star review and see that they are all scammers

On 6 March 2026, I contacted them regarding a flight ticket from the UK to Nigeria that was advertised for £1,789.88. During a phone conversation with their agent, I was told that I needed to pay a £300 deposit to secure the ticket and that I could pay the remaining balance on 11 March.

After paying the £300, I insisted on paying on that day and finalise the transaction but they refused , they said i need to call on the 11th and pay the balance, i called the airline and they told me if payment is not made by 8th of march, they would cancel the reservation, i told Armaan but they refused and promised me the fee will not increase and i would get my ticket

When I contacted the company on 11 March to receive my ticket, I was told that the flight had been cancelled by the Airline and that I would need to pay approximately £2,700 for another ticket class (Economy Delight or Business Class). That was a big lie because i called the Airline and they denied any flight cancellation.This was a significant increase from the original price I agreed to.

When I refused and requested a refund of my deposit, they refused to return the full amount and instead tried to deduct cancellation fees even though the ticket was never issued and the service was never provided. I declined the cancellation charge and they are threatening to close my file and not pay me back my 300 pounds

After researching further, I discovered several similar complaints from other customers describing the same pattern: being asked to pay a deposit, receiving only a temporary reservation, and later being pressured to pay a much higher price or losing part of their money.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would strongly advise travellers to book directly with airlines or trusted travel agencies to avoid similar situations.

l enjoyed the service by Armaan as he was patient through out the booking process and payment. but l would like to request the company to follow up payments after a reservation and payment of initial deposits before time elapses for paying athe rest.

I bought a ticket and Armaan was the one who helped me, he was understanding and patient with me as. I would like to thank him for that.

First when I booked the ticket. I paid my deposit with Ryan. I thought , I lost my money. Ryan didn't called me and I lost the deal.
Then Shayan called me and deal with my holiday and I paid more for the ticket. But Shayan managed to give a voucher. Shayan is very good agent. He dealt with me from start until I received my E-ticket . For my next holiday I will use Shayan again when I book

First time using online travel agency and I’m so glad I was dealt with by Shayan who went above and beyond to deliver what I can only imagine to be a 5 star customer service.
He answered all of my questions with the utmost professionalism and showed immense patience with all of our calls back and forth.

First and foremost I would just like to say a big thank you to Shayan. This member of staff went above and beyond in every aspect to help. With staff like this the future of this company is looking bright

It's a fraud and scam company. Stay away from them. Read all the other 1 star reviews. I had exactly the same experience. Fraud alert.

Shayan has been an excellent customers service agent and he goes above and beyond to ensure everything is ok with you. If I had the choice I would I would rather his assistance each time I interact with My Dream Flight. I cannot express my gratitude enough and express how happy I am with the service that Shayan has provided.

I was extremely distressed by my experience with Mydreamflight.
I was told to pay a £100 deposit for a booked flight, and an email was sent to me stating that the flight is BOOKED, with a reference number. The email stated that I have to call on the 12th February 2026 at 9am to pay the balance. This email also has the Sales consultant working hours from 9 am to 6 pm. I did not see this or understand this to be that I will call exactly at 9 am to keep the ticket price that their email stated has been booked, with a reference. I called on the 12th of February at about 11 am and I was told to call back in 30 minutes as the consultant is on another line. I waited and called later, and he said that he would send me an email, that I should reply so that my ticket would be issued. I expected the balance to be taken not an email but I kept quite and he sent the email. I looked through the email which is the same type of email I received, saying booking confirmed, but the balance to pay hugely increased from the original balance. I pointed this out to him, and he started to ask me why I did not call at 9 am, and that it is my fault. And asking me what my budget is or how much I can pay. I find everything this man was saying very distressing. He said that the price had increased. I insisted he collect the balance as I believe was agreed for a booked ticket as their email said. He kept on saying things that don't add up and that I pay the new price. I requested my deposit back as I could not afford the so-called increased price.
He told me that my £100 deposit would not be refunded due to company policy. I went back to their website, entered the same date of my intended travel, and for the same date, the same time, the same airline, the same details, the price they are showing is even lower than what I was originally going to pay, which has suddenly increased drastically. I copied the information from their website and emailed them twice and no response to my emails.

The system of operation of this company is not transparent and is a cleverly planned trap to get your money. I contacted my bank immediately because I believe I have entered the wrong hand. I advise that you don't fall into this trap, with the bait of the cheap ticket they will present to you.
