Re Buisness Flight Shop. I was slightly apprehensive about using this company, especially when l realised that is neither ABTA nor ASOS accredited. The booking process was far from easy and the amount of small print indescribable. I dealt with two different salespeople, one if whom was Sara, endlessly helpful but slightly incompetent.
The first two parts of the outer journey were excellent with Oman Air but the third leg with Phillipine Airlines was marrred by the incredible bureaucracy of Mainila airport. My advice is never, never to transfer though there.
I hate to write a poor review and they were clearly trying their best. And l am here, so let's hope l get back to London with ease

My dreamflight is a scam. Stay away. They offered me a cheap ticket. Paid deposit and instead of two days before commencement deadline to pay they gave me two weeks to pay. Told them l won't be able to pay. Extended the deadline. Requested for booking confirmation and airline reference. Called the airline and gave them my reference they said they only have booking for an infant. None of my family members were booked. Asked for a refund because this was fraud they want to deduct cancelation fees. Told them l am no paying for any cancelations fees since no booking was done for us. Fighting for my deposit. Annie was the person who booked for me. Stay away from this company.

Hi team, I am dealing with agent Armaan. He is very helpful and sourcing great tickets at competitive prices and give you good options. He is helpful and responsive when dealing with customers, would like to return again as the customer.

My experience was made great by a very special agent called Armaan, who went above and beyond his role to ensure that I was professionally looked after. An unfortunate situation arose that required skilful handling and Armaan was amazing. Although the situation had the potential for disaster written all over it Armaan saved the day, kept me calm and secured an even more accommodating package than I had before. Thanks Armaan I appreciate everything you did and now I know that my holiday will be perfect thanks to you.

I am extremely disappointed and distressed by my experience with My Dream Fair Flight.

I paid a £100 deposit and received confirmation stating that my flight was booked. I was then told I had until 9:00am on 17 February to complete the remaining payment. I genuinely did not see this on the booking confirmation and the email that was sent by MY DREAM FLIGHT REMINDER EMAIL ARRIVED IN MY INBOX AT 9.15 AFTER 9.00 despite regularly checking my inbox and when I did see it shortly after 10:00am, I was told the price had increased significantly and the original fare was no longer available.

I was informed that my £100 deposit would not be refunded due to company policy. As a result, I can no longer afford the flight, which means I am now unable to travel to see my son. This has been absolutely devastating for me.

What I find particularly troubling is that the flight was described as “booked” in the confirmation, yet it was clearly not secured in a way that protected the customer from sudden price increases within such a narrow time window. Missing the deadline by just over an hour has led to severe financial and emotional consequences, with no flexibility or support offered.

There was a complete lack of understanding and compassion and it feels this process is deeply unfair. I would urge anyone using this service to be extremely cautious, this feeling as left me feeling misled and let down!!! I was even told I was telling stories!

Shayan was exceptional when I called him asking for a flight to Africa. He quickly found various options for me with my flight dates. Then Sarah in the ticketing department closed the deal off with my flight details and e-ticket.
Overall experience is excellent.

Rose managed to find me a good selection of business class flights to Australia at the best prices. She was extremely efficient and prompt in sending me through the quotations and helpful in getting me the best deal! No complaints whatsoever! Excellent service. I shall definitely use this company again.
