My experience is that Arman is a excellent worker. He help me alot and was very patience. But to pay by credit card was alot of hassle but thanks to Arman everything went on great. I really appreciate him.

Dream flight staff were very helpful while I was booking my flights. Specially “Armaan” was so helpful and so polite while I was talking with him to book my flights. He has good business policies which should have for the business personnel.

Armaan was helpful when I needed to book my flight. He ensured and got a good deal. However, I missed that deal, not his fault. He was also supportive during the online check-in. Quite a good guy and customer friendly. Highly recommended.

booked flight confirmed the seat and confirmed the seat repeatedly i asked is it seat 100% confirmed they sai yes then took a deposit after 3days they no seat available they ask more money then i ask for my refund they put the phone down i call more then 10 times no answer don’t waist your with this company

Terrible service, I was scammed. Will never use them again, and I would not recommend anyone to be tortured like i was. I reserved a ticket and paid the booking fee. I insisted to pay in full and they refused was told to finish paying a week later to follow company procedure. When i had to pay the balance, i was told the ticket had gone up due to airline issues beyond their control and i had to pay significantly more and this clause was not disclosed when i booked the ticket. I requested for a refund of my booking fee since they failed to provide the ticket they sold me due to their system issues and they refused and they kept insisting on selling me an overpriced ticket, offering vouchers as compensation. They made me search for cheaper quotes today so that they could match them and when i provided them they still did not match them and started condemning other agents and even airlines just to get me to pay more for their over priced ticket. They kept me online for 3hours promising to help and ended up dropping the call on me without resolving the issue, with no ticket and no refund and being rude about it. I felt emotionally abused and lied to and scammed as I would have appreciated transparency from the beginning and to take responsibility to refund my booking fee after failing to secure and provide the ticket we agreed on.

scam alert. i booked ticked with Eman and i couldnt get the ticket and i paid 100 pounds and i have asked for refund and i couldnt get my refund .they keep hanging my calls and later told me ,its wrong company. DONT USE THEM THEY ARE SCAM, Abdul

Flight cancelled by airline apparently(Cathay Pacific).Company booked us with another airline but has to pay more.Have to rebook our domestic flight because of what happened.No explaination why it was cancelled “it happens to anyone” that’s all they can say.I guess seats sold on a higher price.They created so much chaos.I advised to book somewherelse like Crystal Travel.Instead of helping you out for the stressed caused by them which they deny rather blaming the airline they get more from your pocket.

Sarah was very helpful in finding very convenient flights to Johannesburg that suited our budget. She was friendly and patient with us despite us changing the times and dates a couple of times.
