It was ok. Had a few flight changes but all sorted out professionally by Armaan - The Ticket Reservation Rep.

At first, I was sceptical about the whole process because it was done via telephone calls but I just felt it was worth trying and I wasn't disappointed.
Also Armaan, a customer care agent did very well, patient enough to offer reassurance and made sure I got the best experience.

I had a good interaction with Annie. She was really good and helped in securing a good flight rate for me.
It didn't go as planned for a personal fault with my name but she patiently helped in getting another one, not so cheap but she had other cheaper options i could have choose from.

The way that this company works is slightly different to my experience of dealing with other tour operators which I understand, can at first be a little confusing for people (hence many 1-star reviews). The simple thing is, if you want the BEST price, then you need to be prepared to pay a deposit when you book and the balance within 48 hours. Keep your eyes open for the email in which you need to 'confirm' your booking and pay the balance otherwise the reservation will lapse and then you will need to either pay more or book something different. I went through this myself and I will be honest, was a little thrown by the need to pay the balance as a bank transfer rather than payment link. BUT... Armaan was patient with me and I received my e-ticket within a few hours. I have since verified the validity of this ticket directly with the airline. It was all genuine.
A slightly different way of working; I am guessing because Comfy Tickets buy in bulk - but I do have a ticket and a booking and Armaan could not have been more helpful if he had tried! Highly recommended.

Do not buy TICKETS from these guys they are scammers paid a deposit waited a week still didn't get my flight called and asked for it to be cancelled lady in the booking team was very rude. Got a call from the manger saying they will return my deposit almost a month now they still haven't returned it emails to customer service have gone unanswered. I want my deposit back SCAMMERS!!!
