The whole concept is great - delivered promptly, couldn’t be improved. All I need now is a good source of strong decaf grounds to fill the amazing capsules!

After a long wait my two reusable pods turned up and I was looking forward to coffee without the wasteful capsules. Unfortunately the pods from Myreusable are no better than scrap metal. Initially the machine would not read the bar code on the pod and after several attempts it produced a very light brown water. I have messaged the company twice but no response, I then phoned them but only got a mail box to leave a message. Please stay away from this company. I am certain this is a scam

Does exactly what it's meant to. Saves a ton of waste and will easily get my money's worth.

Having initially had problems with communicating with the company, I can only say the follow up was handled speedily and everything resolved to my utmost satisfaction. A great product!

Really pleased with previous and this my third Reusable Tassimo pod order. Oldest pod has had near daily use for 26 months and no issues.
The latest order; made on a Sunday evening and items delivered on the Thursday.
Have bought their custom fit tamper tool; nice heavy chromium steel and works well.
Pleased that all of their packaging, even parcel bag, is recyclable or compostable.

Really pleased! I placed an order before seeing the other trust pilot reviews, at which point I then became a bit sceptical - however delivery was fast and the pod fits and works perfectly in my Vertuo machine.
Would definitely recommend and will purchase more pods in the future as gifts!

I was honestly quite looking forward to my tassimo reuseable pod arriving but unfortunately it failed to deliver a result anywhere close to a normal pod. A Which article has already shown that these reuseable pods produce a "thinner and less well-rounded coffee" which is certainly what i experienced. I think the primary issue with this pod is that is does not maintain the pressure of the machine to produce a decent coffee. You can experiment for yourself if you make a normal pod coffee the machine will "hiss" when compared to using this pod.

TLDR; In summary, these pods are ineffective and proven in product tests to produce an inferior cup of coffee. As a final note many other companys churn out the same rubbish for a fraction of the price often half the price or less and its just the same poor quality product. A quick google search will show this.

I made an order on the strength of the independent review and read other reviews too. I received a a confirmation email saying that the item has been dispatched however I am still waiting for my order which was placed on 23/11/22, I sent several messages / sent emails even called but no one is replying. I ordered items in good faith as I wanted to support sustainability while using my coffee machine and not purchase from Amazon - but at least you know where you stand with Amazon. I wish I hadn’t placed an order, I am getting more frustrated by the day as I feel as I have been scammed. My advice seriously stay away.

Totally unusable product. Literally no customer support. Doesn‘t answer to Mails! Stay away!!!

ordered two items, 1st one turned up and is perfect, the second still hasn't arrived. I have emailed, left 2 voicemails and left several chat messages on the site and still no response. looks like i will never see this item or my money again.

Don’t be fooled by ‘angry’ reviews!

Ordered from these guys on a couple of occasions now, pods are brilliant and customer service is excellent.

Make sure you contact them before ordering if you have any burning questions to make sure you are getting the right pod for your machine. Hassled them on my first order and they continued to respond in a timely and professional manner.

Again, a couple of ‘angry’ reviews drowning out what is a great little business, pods are fantastic!

Reasonable prices and a great turnaround time, I initially ordered the wrong quantity and customer service did a great job of amending my order. Very happy with the product, recently purchased another order for a colleague birthday gift.

Products not dispatched and no contact from them do not use this company they do not respond to emails

I ordered the Dolce Gusto pods before reading the many negative reviews. All went quiet after the confirmation email so followed up through the contact email to be told that there had been issues with the 'warehouse'! I was at the point of cancelling and wondering whether I would get a refund when I received confirmation of dispatch with tracking. It then became clear these pods were coming directly from the Chinese supplier and not a local warehouse. So not impressed with that explanation. The pods duly arrived and again despite the many negative comments they have, so far after 2 weeks, performed as well as the 'one time use' Dolce Gusto pods. So in that sense I am satisfied and so far am achieving my objective of not adding to the plastic waste in landfill, hence the 4 stars. However My Reusable be upfront about your supply process

I ordered Reusable coffee pods on 16/3/22 I got confirmation email & notification of order processing
On 25/3/22 I enquired what was happening
I got generic email telling me nothing but not to email again
My order was automatically cancelled & refunded without question
AS per below the courier appears to be blamed
I didnt ask for the order to be cancelled I wanted to know when I would receive it
It is lucky I used Paypal
I got an email saying my order had been compromised from Zoe Hill
This company are Hagerty Digital

After waiting 3+ weeks for the virtuo reusable to arrive, it came in cheap unbranded packaging, and after trying a few times to make a cup of coffee, the best I achieved was brown water... Even coffee grounds from the nespresso pods themselves tasted of little through this tool.

Hopefully others read this review (or the many others) before diving in and making a purchase.

I would give no stars if it was an option. What an appalling company to deal with. My capsules never arrived. My reusable said they had. I refused to pay for something I never received. They put it in the hands of a debt collector. I paid for something I don’t have, and the debt collectors saying My Reusable have said I haven’t paid! Read the bad reviews I wish I had before contacting this sham of a company.
